Dude rob font looked like he just got attacked by a bear holy shit
Dude looking back at it, that wonderboy performance was something special, I’m pretty sure we all already knew that but my word he put a beating on Holland, Big mouth is tough as nails tho no doubt
I know there’s a bit of an asterisk next to it because of Holland breaking his hand, but man was it a wild one either way. A clinic from a guy damn near 40
@@michaelmau2873 Holland actually broke his hand in the first round after hurting wonderboy. He hit him in the forehead which is the worst place to punch someone in the face.
If I knew for sure it was from a kick I would agree @michaelmau2873, but like @skrappamts417 said there's one punch early on where he cracks him in the forehead- and I could totally see that being where the break came from
@@MMA_Ape Wonderboy had a broken hand too.
@@MMA_Ape Some people are just youtthful... Wonderboy might be 40 but his body is still in its 20's
kattar showed high fight IQ vs giga. Wouldnt let him kick for 5 whole rounds by putting intense pressure on him
Tai returned too early against sergi. He took alot of damage in the Gane fight.
Agree but Pavlovich was going to be a problem either way
@@MMA_Ape Agreed. I hope Tai takes some time off
Bruh imagine the balls you gotta have to take Sergei pavlovich on short notice.
@@MMA_Ape in my eyes that’s what makes it so bad. Sergi is a genuinely dangerous heavyweight (honestly I see most heavyweights as being pretty bad in terms of technical ability) so rushing the recovery seems like a really bad idea. Especially with all the damage he took, he realistically should have taken the rest of the year if not a whole year to recover from that fight. To me I think the damage being quickly accumulated will leave Tai permanently damaged, and even an inferior version of himself. I think he isn’t going to look the same and will trade wins and loses for a few years before being dropped or retiring.
I will be wondering till the day i die why tf Tai didn’t wait until Perth
Kattar v Giga is one of my favorites. Giga is great but he needed a good humbling and he got it
Man song is so talented, he’ll definitely bounce back after that loss, no shame in losing to Cory.
He was winning the fight honestly but hey you don’t want a young guy losing his sight so I get why they stopped it
GOD I loved that Thompson V Holland fight. I remember losing my mind watching it live. Wonderboy is still here!!!
Dudeee the apex sounded like a damn arena when Kattar was whopping Giga
Wow I had never gotten to rewatch Yadong vs Sandhagen, awesome fight
Give the Bantamweights a main event, they won't disappoint.
Wonderboy v. Holland was freaking SICK!
10:21 personally, my favorite strike of the fight, that over hand buckled Holland's knees like no shot before it, imagine if WB had thrown Overhands like that early in the fight, full power
Love your channel man one of my favorite MMA channels now
Much appreciated!
Chito absorbed Font's strikes like he was a heavyweight.
Font was looking incredible until he wasn’t 😂
fr ur videos are 🔝🔝, keep going greetings from Spain💪🏻
Much appreciated!
Font looked how Chito should’ve looked. Instead Chito looked like he had walked to the mailbox and Font looked like his face was attacked by a bee swarm
That Giga vs Kattar fight was closer than I thought
MUCH closer than I remembered it being
Nah, Kattar was dominating the last 3 rds easily. The highlights don't paint the actual picture.
kattar won last 3 convincingly check the score card but Giga is tough!
@@curtharakaly4620 yea but people act like kattar beat the shit out of him like how Holloway did to him
amazing selection dude, i really appreciate you showing the fights that don't get all the accolades (izzy, usman, pereira, etc)
Thanks! Definitely wanted some of those to not get forgotten about
It's ok for Gane to run away but not Adesanya?
Thank u amigo
Song had some good head movement in there!!
It’s crazy how active sandhagen is I forget some of his fights cause new ones always popping up
I got to go to ufc Orlando, and I’m telling that was one of the best main event fights I’ve ever seen person/tv
1:05 he sync his punches up with the 10 second alarm
Font vs Vera made me realize how much the ufc commentary is bad. The guys just dont understand blocks and parries. Chito is master at those and that's why in the end he looks barely damaged, while Font looks like he's been in a car crash. Chito actually defended many of those strikes that Bisping loses his voice on.
To be fair, there is a turning point in that fight that Bisping starts to point out how Chito is blocking or rolling a lot of the shots. The highlights shown could have made it seem like he never made that point
Chito Vera is a wicked man.
I am 100% happy with this list.
Font looked like he was wearing a Halloween mask after that one
love that kattar fight. american boxing vs european kickboxing
2022 was a good year
Why show only chikadze’s highlights
Tai is a dawg
I almost forgot about the beating Kattar put on Giga
Holland vs Thompson was one of those fights where you just yell “oooooohhhhh” and can’t sit down at all during the fight
What woulda made that Wonderboy performance better would have been Jack Black singing his walkout live
I don't think kattar starts fighting until his opponent's landed a few hundred strikes
Kattar-Giga seems so far away now. Like I see it and go "wait, that was last year...oh yeah, first fight in January".
you pretty much only showed the giga hits in the kattar fight when kattar beat the shit out of him in that fight😂 kattar outstruck him heavily
I remember it being that way also, but also I didn’t intentionally leave anything out, I think it’s just that a lot of the strikes Kattar landed were jabs- some significant, some not. I also think Kattar landed the more damaging strikes, particularly the elbows. So even though Giga’s landing a lot, Kattar eats most of it without changing his expression, whereas Giga is wearing the damage more
exactly...Giga was getting dominated the last 2-3 rds badly. Kattar was landing like 5 strikes or more for every one of Gigas. Damn awesome video though. Definitely had to keeping rewinding and watching parts 3-4 times haha
@@MMA_Ape well yeah i get that but that doesnt take away from the fact that most of what you showed was gigas attacks in the video. Great video for sure and i don't think it was intentional just slight bias.
Holloway fight changed kattar
Gamrot vs tsarukyan?

Sandhagen, Tai, Yan, Strickland and Kattar really worked last year huh?
How was Gamrot vs Arman not on here!?!?!?

That wasn’t as good as these fights don’t lie to yourself it was a good fight be these were far more entertaining
@@Slickgary007 nah bro that was a technical masterpiece. Much enjoyed that over some of the ones on the list. To each their own tho, have a good friday mate!
Where's Gamrot vs Tsarukyan?
I got that one in a hopefully soon to come out video

@@MMA_Ape nice film
They need to stop doing fights in thw apex. Theres been so many good fights in the apex and would've been even better with a crowd.
Nah apex fights are sick.
My personal opinion:
Yadong was going to break Sandhagen, dude wouldn’t go away
Loved watching Katter humble Giga for various reasons
Font is done in the UFC or at least at a high level, he’s going to get released or be a gatekeeper
Beautiful performance from Ciryl but that standing hammer fist he lands towards the end sours it a bit for me
WONDERBOYYYY! Brother is up there in age but he won’t go away. Just too many grapplers in WW, idk where he goes from here
Only tweak I’d say is that I don’t think they’re about to release Font, but yeah he definitely slid pretty far outta title contention. Otherwise I’m with ya 100%
Font isn’t going anywhere. He took damage but he was piecing Vera up.
@@MMA_Ape I enjoy your videos and I appreciate the response brother! Keep up the good work! The reason I say Font is done is because he’s already 35, on a two fight losing streak against stronger strikers, and he’s set to face Yanez next (who I consider a strong striker). Font was not able to hurt Cody who is not looking good at all recently so, I don’t see him hurting Yanez. If it does play out with a win for Yanez that puts Font in a three fight losing streak, which is never a good position to be in so idk where he would go from there. Plus I think him losing to Chito took a lot out of him physically and mentally. Again, just my opinion
Yanez does seem to kind of be the newer/younger/faster version of Font so I agree Yanez probably gets it done. If Font loses then I agree he probably parts ways with the UFC in one way or another.
man pls just do not record the sound out of the mic pls
Yeah some of the first fights I recorded I had the audio settings wrong but I think the majority of fights I recorded audio correctly. Right now I’m just screen recording but if you have any better ideas please feel free to share
I have a lot of love for Holland but man, stop with the split hairstyles
This list is bs. Why is glover v jiri not top of the list

Sean O'Malley would whoop Chito
Like the first time right 😂😂😂
@@Jdoggdarula Sean O'Malley would whoop Chito
@@TitanFightClub like the first time lol
@@ignacio4598 Sean O'Malley would whoop Chito
@@TitanFightClub already lost to him dude get over it
Кори очень обрадовался что ему не пришлось продолжать бой)
It’s apparently an unpopular opinion, but chito relies on his toughness and chin far too much
He just task damage the first few round to be able to have an advantage later and get the finish
All it takes is him getting cracked once and then the chin starts going
He needs to start faster and take less damage early on or he’s gonna go on a decline eventually
Honestly thought Cory was losing that fight dude just has no power in his hands and every-time song landed you saw Cory felt it but hey he got a win back after he got robbed against TJ
song and faghagen should run it back song would beat his ass in the rematch
