The plastic pieces on the trailer wheels are usually yellow.
They are used to see if your wheels are rolling. In places where the brakes like to freeze it’s good to have them.
I used them on my trailers while trucking to Alaska.
It’s always fun to see two fat black skid marks coming out of a parking lot. They usually stop after about a mile when both tires blow out since they rubbed through. 🤣🤣
Probably not the most fun way to start off your workday...
We used white dots on train wheels
Been there, I was fresh and hauling a Case 240 Excavator. Early winter, cold morning, dragged the the rear trailer axles probably 30 miles. No idea, icy roads, cost me $1400 for new tires. Now, I like to release the brakes, roll forward slightly and back to neutral and feel how everything rolls now (old man told me that after getting the $1400). It's expensive to be stupid.
"A good painter could make that look like new" Got a good LAUGH OUT LOUD outta that one!
Neat to see Clint make his inspections knowing his experience in buying the right equipment is what feeds his family.
I've been to Korea at least 50 times flying jumbo jets in the cargo configuration. Korea has great exhibits covering the Korean war...in English. The most decorated American soldier in the Korean war was AWAL most of the time. He kept going AWOL so he could kill the North Koreans and the Chinese...when they entered the Korean War.
You should do a front loader build for one of those old garden tractors. My brother in-law had one built for his old Cub Cadet diesel

Still like those Takeuchi track skid steers. Takeuchi has acquired Kobelco's former plant in South Carolina and is going to make the compact track loaders there along with excavators(later on). There is a good video on it

Where I used to work in the UK we had a 120 roller stolen that somehow ended up on the auction block over in Dubai. The mind boggles.
As an ex-pat Brummie I was really surprised to see that. Interesting back story no doubt!

The little dozer price was surprising to say the least. The big Volvo was cheap, but probably needed the C&C guys hands on it for a few weeks.

Those “fancy wheel weights” are tell tales. In cold areas the driver can visually see that the trailer tires are still turning and the brakes haven’t froze up.

I've been to South Korea probably around 50 times hauling cargo to/from the USA. It is a safe city with a lot of underground rail transit which makes it very easy to get around the city and eleswhere. The people love Americans because of our fighting their war against North Korea and China. A lot of American soldiers died when China decided to join the Korean war. Blue Sky's.

Those wheel horse tractors are being used in the Netherlands for junior tractor pulling, kids 10 to 14. You can tune them up in a way you can't do with the modern ones. Nice video, but that little Case400.... While demonstrating that the steering is messed up, was it 13.000 dollars plus auction fee?... Grazy.

Strange to see some UK gear over there. Only country where we need a Green flashing light on the roof to show the driver is wearing a seatbelt, even though you can just fasten the belt and then sit on top of it! Heath and Safety rules gone mad.

The tintjob that looked really strange on the front windshield is called a suicide strip, I had teens ask for that or black out front window all the time when I tinted, my answer was always no
Nothing wrong with the steering on that Case 450, they have a steering system all of they're own. They just didn't know how it works.

Clint are you related to Joie Chitwood ? I am 80 and saw him many times in his stunt driving.
That little road grader is about the same size of Chris ( LD 18 ), & Matt ( DC ) 1960 Gallon.
312c were nice little machines, we bought a low hrs one from a builder that was like new. We said wtf we gonna do with that toy. We use the hell outa it. Those mini Kubota excavators are popular. We had to rent one for a basement job in a building, they got 1700 or 1800 a week for it, also those mini convers u can stick out a window..they are cheap to buy when they sitting, but when demand, they get 500 a week to rent
We also have a Komatsu 150-3 15k hrs, bottom is shot! Bosses first brand new machine. She did a ton of trouble free work! She still runs great to load trucks on topsoil pile
STAY AWAY from those JUNK Hyundai machines. Complete junk. Local builder/developer buys new ones every 5 yrs cause the guys ruin them on rock jobs. But from new the dealer is out atleast once a week to work on atleast one of them. We think that developer keeps that Hyundai/Daewoo dealer in business 😂
Love to to see the auction, the Wheel Horse looks a good one, we have one at home here in the UK, an 1971 model.
That yellow school bus brought back memories too, back in the day I was working in Saudi Arabia and we used to travel from our hotel to the yard in an old GMC school bus. one day the Indian driver was going down the black top and the Bonnet (Hood) flew open and obscured the wind screen, that was interesting for a moment or two. 😞

Oh that old mustard Giant Tbird I think it was !?? I had a 71 or 72 . First time changing timing chain & upper gear. That stupid design plastic/teflon upper gear that wears down and jumps time !!!? If you don't bend valves Uurrrggg

Those scrapers are known out west as a hoop nose digasaurses
That excavator selling for 19,500 or 20K was really cheap. I know it had some issues but that would of made some nice content fixing that beast
