Resolution 5k or 4k
Aspect ratio 4.3 or 8.7
fps 30fps for most motion blur 60fps for high speed scenarios
SHUTTER SPEED DOUBLE FRAME RATE FOR BEST MOTION BLUR 30 FPS = 1/60
ISO 100 MAX - 400 Low light
color profile- FLAT
STABILIZATION - OFF!! ALWAYS OFF FOR GYROFLOW

i turn it off and apply at the end but i left it out of this video i believe because of the choppy playback at end of video i showed this, you need the full licence of DaVinci to access the noise reduction tab
