That game is rated M for mature audiences 17+ for a reason when a sole aspect of the story is that the character you play as is a bartender that serves drinks to customers, and certain options alter the story in certain ways.

Vrchat has a huge problem with minors having nsfw avaters cause they are so easy to find, especially with the new avater searcher and being in places with groomers. i once saw a 14 year old cuddleing with a 21 year old i reported the 21 year old nothing happened i mostly play horror games on vrchat with my friend but they seriously need to add something so minors cant access this type of stuff
What do you expect them to do? So many people play VR chat that there's no way they could afford to hire enough people to check everyone's government ID. The kids will just upload their parents ID, so they can still do it. Your expectations are laughably unrealistic.
There is something to stop this kind of stuff in place already. It's called non-absentee parents.
