Hands down, the very best band in the land today! The care & love they show when they cover other artist's stuff is refreshing too--they respect the integrity of the original, yet it's The Smoke no doubt! Fantastic job fellas!
This band is just awesome and what a great cover! I also heard them cover The Rolling Stones, Happy and Street Fighting Man 💯! But one of my faves is with Jimmy Hall and Keep on Smilin’ 😀 so good!
One of best opening acts I have ever seen, Eric Church, honestly had never heard of them. They do original music like Hey Deliliah but also covers of the great southern rock bands, They just have that 70's southern rock sound
So has BBS added Benji Shanks to the band full time now as their third guitar player? Haven't seen them play anything for awhile now that Benji wasn't there playing on too.
@@waynethera2712 ....what gets me, is that the entire wreckage of the plane they crashed in, was scrapped out and recycled only in 2016. It was available to the public to buy at scrap price. No one did. If I would have known that, I would have rented a full blown semi and went and bought it from the junkyard myself.
MGTOW SWORD, no shit! That would be crazy. Lots of us fans would have liked a piece of that plane. Sure miss the Ronnie and the rest of the original crew. They were just hitting their stride.
Charlie Starr, single handedly keeping a genre alive!!
The guy is so effin talented
You mean Blackberry Smoke is single handedly keeping a genre alive.
def not. you forgot the band
Charlie is a monster, that tone and his virtuosity, Ed would be proud
I’m such a big fan of Lynyrd Skynyrd that I’m very critical of covers, but this is awesome!!!!!
Any band would be proud if Charlie Starr covered it. So much talent!
BLACKBERRY SMOKE ROCKS!!! 🤟🤟
Thanks blackberry smoke for keeping southern rock ALIVE!
Love Blackberry Smoke! I can close my eyes and be transported back to real America
I was 15 when that fateful day came on October 20, 1977. Nothing can replace the 70's.
@@kevinsago1886 In more ways than one
Another great Ed King song
Keeping Southern rock alive!!!
....my feets do burn the ground... hell yeah Ronnie and thank you Charlie. ❤

Yep. Charlie ain’t trying to change much just doing it like LS would.
They do this song justice for sure
This song is one my fave from LS,and yes this band does it justice,a stripped down RnR jam
Man charlie is one cool cat
Damn they sound great!!!
Charlie is one of the Best..
TURN IT UP!......DAMIT!!!
And SING A LONG.
Awesome thanks
Great cover of a great Skynyrd tune. So happy I saw this. Thank you for posting!
BBS can't do no wrong. Thanks for the clip. Lili
Only band I have ever seen to them justice
Randy Houser does a sweet version as well, you should check it out.
So awesome thanks for sharing!

Scroll through my songs and at the bottom you'll see Loving Cup.
@@davidandmary5975 thanks! Haven’t had the privilege of seeing BS live...YET! hoping for in person shows soon and keeping an eye on this great band!
Yeah I saw it Jimmy hall still sounds like he has a peavy amp for a voice box.
They are sooooo goooood xo
Awesome 👌

Nothing these olde boys can't play.. Killers, every one of them. Like the new addition.
Very authentic cover.
Awesome! 🤘
Very good 🥰🤩🤩
Awesome!
Bbs never fails.......
Better than the band that still calls themselves Lynyrd Skynyrd
Charlie sounds exactly like Ronnie its incredible
Any cover.the smoke does.kicks ass.
But i especially dig.the skynyrd tunes.gotta keep that bird flyin.
So has BBS added Benji Shanks to the band full time now as their third guitar player? Haven't seen them play anything for awhile now that Benji wasn't there playing on too.
Good cover
Smoked it.
This sounds 10 times better than the cover band on the road today calling themselves Skynyrd!!! Shame on you Greedy Gary!!!!
Gary has passed on. Now its a officially a cover band.
Well Gary's died so now it's the end of skynyrd
I think thats the only song Billy Powell wrote on his own.
Doing. Ed King and Ronnie
All Real Music Fans Are In The Comment Section Below Stating Their Objective View..Well To Add To Theirs..BlackBerry Just Smoked This Skynyrd Tune
The bottom register is sounding damn muddy, is it my headphone? IDK ?
Benji
Would sound better if they sped up the tempo some.
The piano is too slow in the beginning.
There is only one Billy Powell.
@@waynethera2712 ..Right.
MGTOW SWORD man there is some old Skynyrd stuff missing on CZcams. Sucks used to love the Knebworth concert.

They looked bored
Really good cover, but never play a lead note for note. Great tone though.
