First Sighting Mother & Newborn Roe Deer Fawn 19 05 24 See Description

After seeing a Deer at the feeding station I took a chance walk at 8.30am into the woodland and was more than rewarded with wonderful views of our female Roe Deer with newborn fawn. We suspected she had given birth but had no sightings. She was so relaxed and allowed me to record these special moments. We think the fawn is no more than five days old and probably only about two!
