As the drone started to move forward that’s when you came out the parking lot & turned right.. I spotted you 🧐🥳
No front brakes at those slow speeds. No duck walking. Get your feet up, as you ride.
What a beautiful young lady on a beautiful bike supporting wonderful cause!❤❤
As someone who has had, and survived Prostate Cancer (8 years clear) I think this is a great event. Well done!!!!! & Thank you and all those involved
Isn't it a for-profit corporation, though? Wouldn't it be better to raise money for a cancer charity?
@@notreallydaedalus regardless
It’s better than doing what most people do - Nothing.
I take it you regularly give to charity to comment in the first place?
Shave money off the top/ after expenses
It wasn't only the bike that was turning heads... It was the lovely dapper rider as well. Best turned out bike/rider at the event !!
Aw cheers! It was a great event 😊
You looked super dapper and this is SUCH a brilliant vlog showing what the event was all about! Thanks for taking us along for the ride, and hats off to you for riding such a beast! ✊
Awww thanks Meg! :)
Thanks for doing that. Kate..As a prostate cancer survivor. I appreciate that.! I was in the UK for the past 2 1/2 almost 3 weeks just got back to Texas and the tiger 800 blog- ride out- raised 500 pounds towards prostate cancer. That was their charity this year and I was proud to be a part of that so good on you for participating. Thank you for bringing awareness to it!
Jimmy
I wish we had an event like the DGM. The DGM is virtual here. The assortment of bikes new and old of many manufacturers is astonishing. I love all motorcycles despite my CZcams handle. I'm a big Triumph guy. One of my first bikes was a 1967 Triumph Bonneville.
We had Police escort all throughout the DGR 2023 ride in Metuchen, NJ. flew threw all red lights and stop signs.
Hi Kate, beautiful event, lovely people, last time i rode a bike was 40 years ago LOVED my summer rides in the countryside on my 250, miss those days sooo much, now 61, 58 years type 1 diabetic,
major heart surgery, and 5ft 2 inches, would loved to have had a mid size bike now, but only 62kg as well, no cash as now on esa support, due to health, just nice to remember those wonderful times, keep on biking, love the vlogs ect, keep up the great work, be safe, be well, love and kind regards,
Chris.....
Awesomeness Overload!!!!! Much love from DGR Kathmandu
Lovely video, quite an event and great fund-raising effort....
I'm sold😮
Did the ride on Boulder, CO here in the US. Great time was had by all. So much of the bike community pulling together for a good cause. Already have 5/19 next year marked in the books for next year.
That was a great video! It looked like you had so much fun. And you looked great on the BMW. Your outfit was brilliant. Best!
6:40-7:10. Yes you look like a Gentlewoman awsome bike and great cause. Thanks Kate.
A worth while cause! You should try and make Bike for life next year!
The R18 looks absolutely brilliant, and the yellow jacket says "dapper" with style. The overhead drone shots really show the magnitude of so many riders at the event! Keep doing what you do 😁👍‼️
Still can't believe I went for a ride on that day and ended up coming across a huge group coming the other way and had no idea what it was haha. Was an awesome sight to behold, did capture it on video 😊 honestly it's for a great cause, maybe next time I'll join you all
Well done Kate!
You stole the show with that entrance!
Looking good Kate, it seems like it was only yesterday that you did the last one, time flies.
Bike looked the part👍👍.
I can only dream of being as cool as Kate
looking dapper! Or should I say Mustard! Good on you Kate for taking part.
Well done Kate you looked great , I rode the Bury St Edmunds DGR in Suffolk great cause👍👍
In Australia we have the "pink ribbon ride" for breast cancer. I love your style, kate. Keep on with the vibe 🤙
A beautiful, fantastic and a great looking bike (R 18) with a beautiful rider.
I don't know why but yellow suit, sunglass , with the helmet you looks so beautiful and cute.
WOW !!! SO ELEGANT WITH YOUR JACKET IN COLOR MUSTARD !!!!
Well done Ms UsernameKate 👏👏👏 🎩-Tip 👍🏼
You and the R18 look great, Kate! Perfect for the DGR! Good on you for participating, it really is a great cause. I rode in the Philadelphia ride in the States. Stay Dapper! 👍😃
Great bike to do it on too!
What a brilliant cause!
Great use of the 360 camera
Looking good Kate 👍.
That was just an awesome video for a good cause. Thanks for posting.
You absolutely smashed that 👍🏻
I plan to take out the R18 for a test ride, lovely to see you on one. Great event, I was on the Bournemouth one, fantastic day out.
Great vid Kate. Thank you! 😊
Very Distinguished Kate, nice vlog. See Mr Pye was on his favourite bike again 😎
Cant get him off it!
Looking Fantastic Kate!
You do look dapper Kate 😊 Great cause, Great event.
Enjoyed the blog Kate, you looked very smart and dapper, great cause.🏍😎🇸🇪👍❤️🙏
another good one Kate , we rode from Shoreham to Chichester stopping twice , 250+ riders, raised over £36000 !
Excellent event, and an excuse to build something in keeping for next year
Good stuff 👍
You are looking very Dapper Kate Raising awareness for the boys i can't miss you in your bright mustard jacket 💯✌🏾
Stylin and profilin 👍👍
You soft soothing voice brought my blood preasure down.ah ah
You look great, brill vid
So good to see, thank you for the ace video! All the best to ye!
Both Beautiful!!
Aww shucks!
very nice and no jake brake backfire horrific exhausts. well done.
Looks like a blast, I’ll have to find one near my area to join next year. I’ve got the same color interceptor that you guys have!
That’s me in the orange jacket marshalling the bikes and traffic
Awesome style Kate! I bet you were planning that look all year!
All year? Two day before more like!! haha
Honesty is your superpower!!!
@@UsernameKate 😉
LUCKY TO RIDE A R 18 !!!!
You’re such a G Kate
Hello Kate, excellent video, congratulations 🤗
Thanks! 😊
Well done Kate, you looked very dapper upon that beautiful BMW R18, and your comments encapsulated so well the feeling of the ride.
I’ve done the DGR and enjoyed it greatly. Nice vid k8
This is a good cause! 👍Thanks, Kate!
Brilliant well done all 👍
brilliant, love the commentary, yep agree also looking super cool
Great video Kate - what a proper great day for it! You and the bike meeting the brief perfectly, looking very distinguished. I missed our local event this year, but hoping to join it next year. Hope the weather is as good!
You were easy to spot on the aerial shot, Kate. Along with the Great Wall of China, the R18 is visible from space in fact (I used to have one, so I'm allowed to say that)!
Well done Kate..you can handle any bike...looking great...
Fair play, didn't look easy moving that beast around! Cool event, good to raise awareness.
Looking very dapper ! - I was in Leeds when they turned up, around 200 and looked and sounded awesome. Good on ya 😎
Hi, Good Girl, You looked wonderful, Quite a machine to handle but you did well, keep up the good work.
....loving your channel!
Look forward to this ride every year. So cool to be in Atlanta Ga and ride along with the rest of the world. The only group ride I do but damn it’s a big one.
Such a great cause and looks a ball. Inspired for next year. Super impressed you handled that R18 it’s a proper handful. Concentration face love it 😊 👍👍
Haven't worn a dickie bow since I was about six, a spring loaded one, as I didn't have the knowledge to tie a real one. I still haven't !
Well done for taking part, I joined my local ride which raised a good chunk of change too. It's good that you called out the 'all the gear all the time' point too. It's weirdly absent from many DGR reports. As you say, once a year on a slow ride with others you can make the call, and that's up to you.
Another super vlog Kate. I rode the West Sussex DGR this year and I have to say it was the best charity ride i have ridden in many a year. This year we raised a total of over £36,000, which is amazing. And, yes, I spotted you leaving the start. You were the dudette in the gold coat paddling her bike along the road 🤣🤣
Bloody hell that's a respectable total isn't it!! And yeah haha that's me paddling the big lump 🤣🤣🤣
@@UsernameKate it is indeed a respectable amount. Clearly there are a lot of wealthy people in West Sussex 🤣🤣
Pure class Kate, looking very dapper on a cool bike riding out for such a great cause 👍 🏍️
I sooooo would like an R18 😍 great 360 camera footage 👍👏🏻
Yep spotted you but Mike did a grand job with the drone shots 👍👍👍 and caught up with you too. Legend 🦸.....well done everyone who took part 👍🥰
The interceptor 650 is a cracking bible bike for getting places
Well done. Good cause. Cheers UNK!
You're a braver 'Man' than me. I couldn't even get the R1800 off it's side stand when they were doing a demo at the Rhug Estate. Well done
Well done lady keep riding.
I cannot believe that a year has already passed by. You were looking mighty fine too on the R18! Take care and have a great weekend Kate.
Good to see Mike made an effort! The Skank 😂
He wasn't officially there 😉
I was there, that was enough effort for me
Hi Kate, did the DGR in tropical Northern part of Australia. It was a mild 6 deg C and finally got to 13deg C. Wind warning of 80K. The company of riders was great. The newbies were not dressed with thermals and suffered with snotty noses. Great modded bikes. Great to see enthusiasm for the major ailment of men.
great job Kate, I missed this year but rode last year on my TFC Bobber. Hope to make it next year!!!!
Great video as always Kate and a big well done to everyone who participated, its such a worthy cause I've lost both parents and some close friends recently to the big C so its always on my mind, ill be taking part next year so may be see you there, on a side note to you or anyone interested there's always under armour that can be worn under your extreme dapper gear if you so wish or are have consiern for safety.
Awesome Kate. Have you done Bike4Life? I will be doing DGR next time as just ordered an RE Int 650 as to keep my CBR650R company. That R18 is a beast. Great video as usual. 👏
Very nice, Kate!
Nice video. Nice BMW.
Yeah, i spotted you. Looking cool 🖤
I think you could have been getting looks as well for looking like Rebecca Ferguson out of mission impossible film in that out fit and the head wear. Great video great look.
Awesome video!! - Looks like you had a blast and what a beautiful bike to do it on!
Thanks for reaching out after my saga beaut xx
No worries chick!! Cant wait to give yours a watch tonight! Love seeing the different vibes from the different towns! :) x
@@UsernameKate Awww thanks Hun ♥️♥️
Ha, couldn’t miss you waddling out like a duck. Great charity, thanks for sharing ✊
waddle waddle, right colour to be a lil duckling hahaha
😂
Nice footage of a great cause.
And a top bike choice for the event !
Gotta love the R18.
Luckily the cummerbund didn’t get caught in the exposed drive shaft !
Very dapper crocodile.
I preferred the ride when they ended at Dukes92…but Phillip hosts such a great event. Not managed to do it since 2019 with working abroad but hope to do it again in 2025.
Kate, you look great 👍 nice bike as well!
I saw Mike first with the drone controls😄 My uncle had prostate cancer but he's ok now. I've got reverse batch!🤣
I did my first ever DGR this year taking the missus as pillion on my speedmaster chrome edition, only her 3rd time on a bike so she did very well. I did the Cambridge ride from Royston to Ely and it was fantastic. Bike got a lot of attention too, probably due to the missus being on it haha 😂
May go to a different location next year, treat it as a mini break 😉
Spotted you last group out on the road ,
That bike really suits you. There’s a mat green one at Rotherham looks lovely.
There was two bikes leaving Sutton on Sunday for the event and the Indian bike looked good with tweed
You looked sharp you made a good looking bike look better. Looks like a fun ride and for good causes. I’m a full face helmet rider but from the era of helmets were optional and even though I rode with a helmet most of the time (Bell Star) there was a sense of freedom riding without one somewhat like an open face helmet has.
Hope to do my first next year after tests past, cool Footage :)
The R18, Niiiiiiice! I wanted to dbl chk as I checked my R11 and it rocked to the right. did that rock to the left? interesting.. gotta love that tweak, most defintitely! And I love, "I got reverse b****! tfg! TCRS DF
Nice video! Thought I’d tuned into Freddie Dobbs for a minute 😂
