On this hike we start out at Saint Mary's Lake and scramble up the overlook before trail blazing over the ridge and across the high altitude grassland towards Loch Lomond before looping back around to the back side of the glacier and then back down to the lake.
Saint Mary's Glacier is a semi-permanent snowfield located in Arapaho National Forest in the U.S. state of Colorado. Saint Mary's Glacier is 2.5 mi southeast of James Peak.
