Here it is, the 4K Virtual Hike experience. Throw this on the big screen TV and hop on your stair-master, it's butt kicking time. With an insane 2,768 steps this hike was strenuous but awesome. During this time of staying-at-home and social distancing, now you can experience the brutality of each one of those steps.
The Manitou Springs Incline, also known as the Manitou Incline or simply the Incline, is a popular hiking trail rising above Manitou Springs, Colorado, near Colorado Springs. The Incline ascends on the east slope of Rocky Mountain which is itself on the eastern flank of Pikes Peak.
    Thanks for watching!

Thanks for posting this video & for cutting out the resting parts!! This is the only video I've found so far showing the entire walk up.

I love how this person doesn't even sound winded until the last 10 mins or so! #goals

Well 1 or 2 places before but 45 + minutes is a decent time

I’m pretty sure the sound you’re hearing is sound design from another hike or trail. Because the pace doesn’t match the sound of the feet.

Did the incline for the first time a few days ago. Now I will use this video to help me train on the stair climber. Thanks!

Looks like a good workout after eating. Might be easier walking down. Amazing!

Well people are supposed to take the Barr Trail down which is much easier like 3+ miles and not narrow

I believe around 2.5 hours, although I stopped along the way to take video and pictures.

Thanks for sharing. How long did it take you to complete? Looks like there may have been a few edits in the video - possibly where breaks were taken? Would be very helpful for me to know as I'm planning on doing the incline Thursday and my goal is 45 min. Thanks!

This go around it took me about 1.5 hours (it was smoky and I stopped a good amount) I recently climbed it again in 1 hour but was with friends not used to the elevation. If you’re in decent physical shape I think 45 minutes is definitely doable.

Also additional interesting fact the current record for finishing the incline is 17:45 which is just insane.

Just went up with my dad, an incline veteran, in 47 on Father’s Day. He averages 32-35. I’ve only done it 3 times, last one was 10 years ago. 45 is definitely doable for novice climbers.

I remember the first time I saw a picture of these steps that was taken from the summit or the false summit looking down, I thought it was something that had been photoshopped.
