I love the capsules, they're better than the drops in my opinion. There's different kinds of magnesium too, many, and our bodies are usually low on it bc of our diets. When women who are religious or spiritual post or speak to submitting to their husbands or “bowing down” it is not meant to take away any strength or value they as women hold. It is a deep trust and respect for their husband to lead both of them in life because the trust is that they know the partner they have chosen has the same values and goals as themselves, which then the woman can place energy elsewhere.
I understand some may see it as a man taking away a woman’s power but there is power in having a voice and choosing to be in that role. With the right partner, this will not be forced but together decided upon. ❤
