I have been wondering about the question "How could Satan tempt Jesus, at all?" The answer I came up with was that- He did not tempt Jesus, he only tried to tempt Him." My answer was not thoroughly thought through although it still rang somewhat true and meaningful. Your explanation is clear and thorough, moreover it explains my own, "naive" reply and it expands my understanding. Thank you!

14:20 Was interesting to notice after that moment that God's word "Do not tempt Your God" is already a way to save one who wants to jump and be saved by God. And one who decides to jump anyway just refuses salvation.
Guys I'm from India(hyderabad) and I don't think there is any eastern orthodox parish here. If anyone knows please tell me. Or is it fine if I join an oriental orthodox church like the Malankara church? someone please tell me. I am not yet baptised but I have been working on my relationship with Christ and studying theology and church history.
Hi brother! Yes there is Eastern Orthodox Church in India. There's a Russian Orthodox mission, and Greek Orthodox Church too.

@@MultiSpeedMetal I'm sure that's what the parents of thousands of children with T1DM who died in their arms said as they lost their children to, what the bible neglected to tell us, is a treatable disease. There is no Skydaddy, but I know you find it comforting.

We believe all of these terrible things are a consequence of the fall and that the death and resurrection of Christ means the resurrection of all men and the entire natural world. All men are resurrected and those that reject Christ suffer in God's presence while those that accept him experience his presence as invigorating. That's essentially paradise and hell.
Children who die are directly in the care of God.
You need to understand that this whole world is corrupted and through Christ, it is restored.
