Patch Notes :
2024-05-03 Pixel gaps were patched, so building the base no longer requires that build out at the start, just build a simple 2x1 and you’ll be good to go. (ALL OF THE OTHER BUNKERS STLL WORK)

Great timing to come out with a build with a pixel gap. 2 days before they go away. RIP my favorite feature of most bases.
The base literally has 5 bunkers, loosing that pixel gap doesn’t make a big difference

@22:25: Really appreciate that you are NOT including deployable placement (unless something is key for the design or hard to place afterwards) so the focus is on the basebuild/design. If you do include deployable placement it would be nice to be a separate section. Personally I always end up skipping around in videos instead of seeing for the 100th time how to place a standard lootroom. Great video as always!
Most videos include it because most people need it, its a guide and should cover everything.
If you're a good builder already, you really ahould only need to watch the base tour to see certain aspects of the game.
@@rancor4513 Completely disagree. It is mainly a building guide. How to optimize box placements in different spaces or whatever can be covered completely separatly from the building steps.
real bru, funnel walls are the coolest thing in rust but yet are rarely used and are so expensive and time consuming.
one modification i did was the room for the medium battery, i want to fit large battery and computer station there so instead of using roof i placed 2 walls and roof and for the window i placed garage door, i assume that doesnt affect the raid cost?

Is there any reason to why you didnt add 2-4 compound bedrooms in the outer square honeycomb? Wouldnt a metal floor make sure that it doesnt et softsided?
Just tested this bunker....you can def get pushed through. I added a triangle frame and it sealed it completely. Just a tip sir.
might wanna test this but im pretty sure u can also destroy the twig with grenades

Hi man, I very love you’re video, and I want too ask something, can you maybe update your solo/duo base design FENRIR V2, I am very love this base but old bunker doesn’t works before some patch, and I think you can use the flor bunker with stability, I try it but I can’t image how I should to do it, hope you see this comment man, ty❤
at 29:15, I am not able to place that ramp, it gives the error "placing through wall" I guess because of the wall from the jump up? I see you placed it by using symmetry, but I think it's not possible normally

21:07 The lower level here has a triangle roof ramp, but how do you get up to those peeks. They are perfect for peeking the roof, but I can't figure out how to get up there. A ladder hatch would fit, but that would be awkward.

Feedback: Nice base, quite strong, but lack of large battery imo, also when showing the build dont forget to turn 360 to show what it should look like

goated take on the over complicated not that useful compound funnels. i just want a cool base and onlines rarely happen anyway. just slap down a compound and a couple turrets and youre golden 99% of the time
14:20 if you're not using building skins you need to place the shelf before the roof

nice base man just started building it but i noticed you could hatchet out the triangle twig behind the armored glass window it sticks through. is that normal?
Yeah that’s normal, that window doesn’t need to protect the bunker, it simply protects the core from raiders that would be raiding from outside on that side of the base.
u can get pushed thru from the stairs to bunker has any1 found a workaround for that?

Is it true that the pixel gaps are getting patched this force wipe? Crow just made a video about bunkers and stated that. If so I am going to be so sad... easily the best way to protect loot from offlines.

I also think this type of pixel gap was noted for the next patch. I use squares to make my horizontal and vertical gaps. might want to look into it as the gaps can be passed to triangles and up floors. using that offset you can make a simple 2x2 base into a 15 separate bunkered monster with 30 hidden large boxes in just 3 floors of space. or a sleeper 2x2 with 7 bunkers that has lasted me the whole month.

@@FadedRust. I tested incen on it at the stage before the second floor is done. Incen can break the twig if its done before the honeycomb gets up

this base is patched next wipe because they are fixing the gap with triangles in patch notes
Even if they fix it, the base is fully usuable and still has 5 bunkers so losing the pixel gap ain’t no big deal, and I’m 100% sure that if the pixel gap gets patched someone will find different ways to build one.

I only see 4 bunkers, stair bunker, 2 vending bunker, and pixel gap. How come it says 5?
+2 vending machine bunkers on the roof, pixel gap isn’t counted as a bunker.
