  • This is both an unboxing and review video of the Anleon S2 (transmitter) and Anleon S2R (receivers).
Here you will see all its features, components and parts as well as my first impressions of it performance. This video will have a second part with more detailed information.

    📩What's in the box:
    - Transmitter (1 piece)
    - Receiver (1 piece) (I got an additional one)
    - Headphones (haven't tested them but I guess not that good)
    - AC Adapter
    đŸ’„Unit REAR panel:
    - Anthena (I believe it can be upgraded)
    - AC Adapter port
    - Left and Right audio inputs. These can be both 1/4 inch jack or XLR. This also means you can have a stereo mix or a mono mix.
    đŸ’„Unit FRONT panel:
    - Power button
    - Power LED indicator
    - Stereo/Mono switch (button)
    - Headphones jack: You can actually use this 3.5mm jack to test the mix before sending the signal to the receivers. It also allows you to have an extra set of headphones receiving signal without having to use a receiver. This is particularly useful for drummers, pianists or musicians that do not need to move around while performing.
    - Volume knob: this one only affects the volume of the headphones connected in the Headphones jack, NOT the receivers.
    - Channel: 6 channels available which have to be matched with the channel selected in the receivers. Test them all and choose whatever works best in your venue.
    đŸ’„Receiver:
    - Anthena (fixed)
    - Power/volume knob
    - Battery compartment. No batteries include
    - Metal clip
    - LCD screen with signal indicator, channel and frequency, battery level
    - 3.5mm headphones output
    - Power LED indicator
    - Channel selection button

I have this unit also. The included earbuds were horrible. I replaced with KZ's and it made a huge difference. Note, if too much signal is sent to the unit, the receiver/earbuds will cut for a couple seconds due to the limiter setting which is not adjustable, AFAIK, so be careful!

I'm considering buying this IEM system on Amazon, I've been watching lots of review videos and reading up about it. I have a very limited budget. Looks like it's a pretty decent system for the money. I know I could get something higher quality if I had a bigger budget.. that's neither here nor there. This wouldn't be for anything professional, with a band or anything like that, this would just be for home use, for when I am doing live streams on Facebook or Twitch or when I am recording guitar videos.
Interesting coincidence, the curtains that are at the side of your desk, I have those same exact curtains in my bedroom đŸ€Ł

I need something like this that I can modify (I know how to do it). I have to feed an audio board's signal into an iPad some ten meters away. I can't run wires so I need to get the signal to the iPad via RF, that is, radio frequency. This unit could do exactly what I want.
    I have two questions, though:
That noise that you'r talking about... what kind of noise is it? Is it a hiss, like white noise, or a scratchy sound, or? Please describe in Spanish if you don't have the English words for it.
And about how much did the transmitter and on receiver cost?

    • @PachMusic
      @PachMusic  Pƙed 4 lety

Ernie Gilman hi. It was like 170 on Amazon plus like 70 for another receiver.
The noise as got way better after testing all the channels.
If was kind of a white noise by the time and now I only hear it when the source is too loud, for the most part it’s sure good quality for the price

Hi there, I just bought 2 of transmitters/receivers and I am looking at putting it into my rack. Do you have any suggestions on how we can mount this on my rack without affecting the antenna?

    • @PachMusic
      @PachMusic  Pƙed 2 lety

It all comes down to sliding drawers or just fixed shelves. Depending on that you gotta make the decision on how to put them and wire them. Of course be careful with the anthenas while closing, sliding, transporting. Fold them closed and open as needed

      Ok. Me queda claro.
