The focus mode is use when you have two separated mono mixed, one white your instrument and voice, and one with the rest of the band, so you can focus more in you or focus more in the band

I'm guessing they call it focus because that's the terminology that Sennheiser uses. I've always thought Sennheiser uses the word focus instead of mono is because when you run two separate mixes into the transmitter and run two packs in "focus mode" there is still a little bit of bleed from one side to the other, hence the "focus" to the left instead of an actual mono mix. I'm not 100% on this at all but in my years of using the Sennheiser G3 packs that's always been my guess.

So, is it possible in “focus” mode to run the transmitter in stereo and then “connect” 2 packs to it, and listen to left channel on pack 1 (focus on left but played through 2 ears) and listen to the right channel on pack 2 (focus on right but played through 2 ears)??
This one is beyond me, I'm not quite sure to be honest and it's a tricky question to research too. The belt pack picked up white noise from my shure qxld beta 58 microphones irregardless of channel settings. Returned after 3 hour test. Sennheiser G4 works great.
Some static is inevitable, making sure levels are high from the board and running the anleon receiver at the lowest practical level will also remove some noise. It may be just finding a cleaner channel to communicate on as well.

Hello: Do you know how I can adjust squelch to eliminates annoying static for Anleon S3. Any help would be appreciated.
