you can ask a mechanic to measure it for you... if they are nice they will do it for free. They will also measure it for you for free, if you are going to buy a new one from them.
I have a Schwinn 20 inch girls bike that was given to me but I am unable to get the seat post out. I've never seen where there wasn't a clamp for the seat post. It seems to just be jammed in there. Do you have any suggestions to remove the seat post? I am squirting some blaster around it but it is tight.
Now could you turn the seat and post upside down to attach the post to the seat for us dummies who do not have x ray vision to see what you did under the seat.
Why would you need that, seems it would just make the seat post not stay up. You need friction to make it stay in place, why reduce the friction. It's not like the seat post is meant to move.
Absolutely correct! I'm sure it's a great video, but I can't hear a word you are saying, with every volume control I have turned up to the max!
22 millimeters.
Is there a way to take out the metal bracket mounted under the seat itself?
22.0 centimetres is about 8 inches. I think he meant 22 millimetres
no, cause mm is smaller than cm. so 22 mm would be around 0.8 inch
Yeah, seat posts are measured in MM not CM.
thank you
Thanks. Very helpful video! Is there another way to get an accurate measurement of the seat post diameter if you don't have that fancy tool?

If the seat post is carbon fiber and the frame is alluminium, we put the greasse ??
Can this seat post support 80kg weight?
Recently 2 seat post bent on.
Something I can't find how do you put the saddle the top of the seat back on it's 2 spokes?
how long is your old and new seatpost?
Can you put a longer post in to make the saddle higher
Cheers

Same thing, but keep the same sattle .

The spoke popped out of the right side and I can't pop it back on.
Can u switch poles to a smaller one?
They make spacers if you want to downsize, check Amazon.
@JimmyJibbys "what is you" do u not mean "what are you " lol
that 22 mm not cms,i guess
you mean 2.2cm.
Lubricant lmao

@@atnfn The lube also serves as anti-seize compound, so that the post will not "freeze" to the tube long term.
dude your audio is wacked
Well you wouldn't wipe it all over your face now would you?
he's a fail lol
and you are a bitch. see it is easy to insult each other.
