I use to weigh 500 lbs. When I started having heart, lung, vision... problems and then ended up in the ER twice, I decided I wanted to live. I started by watching Les Brown on YT, then got rid of the sodium, sugar, fat and ate half of what I use to eat, then started walking; I began to start feeling better. Before I new it, I had lost 133 lbs. Even though I allowed my weight to do permanent physical damage to myself, I kept moving forward 🕺. I thank God for making it possible, Les Brown for teaching me it's possible that I can do it even though my "family" gave up on me, and my best friend Al, Thank You for believing in me on a daily basis. I was also diagnosed with brain problems. I'm now being told after a CAT Scan that they found no brain problems! I was homeless, close to death and had given up on life. I didn't think I could do it. It's true that when theres a will, there's a way. If I can do it, so can you 🙏😊🕺

I was misdiagnosed and treated like a fk up for decades. I believed them until one day, I didn't, and I broke through the statosphere. It wasn't that I disbelieved the diagnosis, it was that I stopped believing I was a fk up and that even if they were correct about the diagnosis, I would turn it into an asset (I was humble enough to know I needed medical help for awhile too, but that's just my path, you have to choose what's best for you) I don't know which of my changed beliefs worked more, but holy sht, they all worked. In short, even if there's something "wrong" with you, there's absolutely nothing really wrong with you. Go get your life.
This guy pulled me out of some dark demonic times. Thanks for renewing my spirit I'm finishing my contract to myself on my ultramarathon. I started it 16months ago and got 35 miles in, for 20 miles my digestive system broke down and was shitting myself for 20 miles and that broke me. Pretty hard to talk about but I can't go to my deathbed without it. Ask me on march 8th if I finished💪

I exercise, eat well... no matter how much i accomplish in my career, people around me shun me away coz of my looks.. i am still working on my weight without giving up on succeeding whether others appreciate it or not... It is for my own self satisfaction... deep in my heart , i pray to lose the belly fat....
