So for anyone who has a phobia of cemeteries, I want to kind of shed some light on a few possible misconceptions: I work full time in a huge cemetery as a groundskeeper/grave digger (Sexton) and I'm the only one out there, aside from in the summer months when I get a part time helper or two. I'm alone out there a good 85% of the time and have been stuck there at night doing a dig or a backfill. I also sometimes patrol at night to make sure no one is doing anything that they shouldn't be, and I have never, in all of the years that I've been there, seen or felt anything I couldn't explain. I do believe in the supernatural, and yes, it does get kind of eerie in the winter months when the fog rolls in, but I believe that ghosts do not spend time around their bodies. The body is just a shell, and when it's empty, there's really nothing to fear. If cemeteries were a bad place to be, I'd be the first one preaching about avoiding them, but personally, I have yet to encounter any supernatural forces at my job.
i worked in security for nearly 30 years in lots of so called haunted buildings never saw or heard anything either.
Nice insight! I feel ghosts more so tbh. Obviously, life wasn't fair and when I go on holiday, I normally look for cemeteries for a walk. It opens my eyes that life is short.

the cemetery is usually peaceful and has loving energy. Unlike how certain movies and shows depict them, unless disturbed like when people build over cemeteries the souls are at peace.
In my country it's not the ghost that's scary, it's people who use corpses/fresh graveyards for their "rituals". In some parts of asian countries people often molested young women's corpses too (I'm southeast asian and currently living here). It's not ghosts that are scary, it's humans.

As an ex night security guard i can confirm that can happen if your day relief guard doesn't turn up and you have to wait until a replacement happens.
I do think they should have had some instances of regular humans trying to get in, because they talked about famous people being buried there. And it would make the player a little unsure who is real and who's a spirit.

I love how you can see the lights City buildings in the far distance during the night, and The graphics are Amazing. Really love the Aesthetics and ambience of the game.

As a security guard myself I gotta say working nights are a bit different than during daytime. Wouldn't be the first time I'd spot a silhouette in my peripheral view and just be gone when you actually look for it. Shadows playing tricks with your mind... I hope.

Facts. I work night shift at an old railroad manufacturing plant where a bunch of homeless people sneak in and take things. Not only that, the graveyard is right next door To the plant. Can’t tell you how many times I thought I heard or seen things. That 6pm - 6am shift ain’t no joke

I love going to cemeteries, especially the old ones with tombs and graves dating back to the early 1800s. It's very peaceful.

The level design is amazing. If this were a zombie game where the dead rose up from their graves and you had to fight to stay alive, this would have been an amazing game. Great creepy setting. Awesome video.

@@shaun0110 Nothing paranormal but there is something eerie sometimes about being alone with a body. It just feels so empty. The scariest thing is the visitors/tourists we get 🤣

@@shaun0110 cemeteries can actually be very comforting! They’re usually very quiet and because of the flowers and gardens around the plots, there are tons of butterflies and birds to look at. Thank you! 🤘🏻

Encountering someone creeping around a cemetery is scarier to me than seeing a ghost, I thought that object was also a silhouette of someone standing there and I yelped. 😆

Oddly enough, if you believe in mediums/psychic mediums, cemeteries are apparently the quotes and also the most uncommon to find ghosts in. I guess it’s because they roam away, go to familiar places, solve unfinished business, etc
My grandpa was a witch doctor in the 80s He prays at churches, cemeteries, shores and caves to sustain his "spiritual" connection w/ nature etc. and he says that ghosts are most active in churches especially at dawn. Maybe because these ghosts tend to ask forgiveness to the lord. Just sharing
Considering that they are given proper farewells by priests, the spirits shouldn't be there lingering.

This looks fantastic. The opening sequence is eerie and beautiful with the soundtrack in the background.

The jump scares are pretty good, the atmosphere and graphics are great in detail. The idea is very interesting and simplistic works well. If this game was longer, interactive items, and more if would be amazing but it already is great looking. I would play it for sure.

Great video! I thought this was a crazy cool concept. The one thing that stuck out to me was when you were talking about the grammar and how "don't look up" and "don't look at up" just don't hit you the same way, but what was weird to me was that the long paragraphs of text for the pieces of paper/notes that you picked up were fine. They obviously had another person in charge of the graphical text that maybe didn't speak English as their first language which is fine but I still think it's funny they didn't revise that🤣
The last song at the end was sung by Robert Johnson ,the man who apparently sold his soul to the devil ,he'd master the art of playing the guitar after meeting the devil.
The touch of this song adds to the overall errieness of the game,though the player feels like it has finished the game it just feels like there's more ....

Same with the jump scares, some of the most obvious like the nun totally got me, and some of the ones that really do come as more of a surprise actually don't make me jump nearly as much. Looks like a nice game, but I'm glad I got to watch it instead of playing it myself!
