Freddo Expresso's origin is certainly being claimed by Greece, since the 1990's, shortly after expresso was introduced to Greece. I guess if it was of Italian origin, you'd have to hold the cup firmly with both hands and give it a big kiss before finishing it off.
I remember sitting at Cosa virtually right where you were sitting when we were there in September 2017. It brought back great memories of Paros. Thanks for a great video.
7:57 It says "No license required up to 30 hp" , not speed boats. For speed boats you need license and graduated time of experience. Greece makes some of the best speedboats in the world by the way

Yes, we are super happy with the weather. It’s sunny and about 70F every day ☀️ then at night it’s the perfect temperature for a sweater. That’s the type of climate we want all year round 😊

Anyway, yes this place is beautiful and the reason it’s so quiet is because it’s the slow season (winter) right now. And most of the towns are just locals and many things closed until May. But, we planned it this way so we have beautiful weather and not have to deal with tourists. It’s working out quite well 😊 Funny... our taxi driver from the airport told us about Tom Hanks living on the island and that they see him daily just living life like everyone else. Really cool!
