Sharing my experience:
I did this practice two years ago, post Inner Engineering, for 2 to 3 months. I would suddenly feel a lot of grace come inside me. I would step out of the house & find myself look at every one with a certain amount of reverance. Almost like I am grateful to be alive & crossing you. I did this practice again for a week a few months ago & felt a similar reaction. However, of course, the first time I did it - the I.E also has its strong effect on me, playing.

I started this ritual on 10/18/22. The 5th element is Akash, the fundamental element. The other 4 just play on Akash. Just do it, whether or not you experience something pleasing. This reminds me of a parable about wuwei that Alan Watts delivered, of a couple of hikers who saw an old man/sage on the opposite bank of a river. He fell into the churning rapids, and the hikers assumed he'd died in the torrent. After a couple minutes of walking downstream, they see the old man pop out of the water like nothing had happened. They asked him, "Sir, how did you manage to survive that torrential river?" He replied, "Oh, it was easy. I just went in with a whirl and came out with a twirl!"
The message being that the universe is always flowing, and you are part of that flow. To assert otherwise is to work against the current.

So simple but so phenomenal .... but most of the people perhaps miss this basis point. One of the reasons is in our upbringing. This teaching get corrupted in its own journey becos human keep seeing the maya and turn to worship to maya (the sun, the moon, the animal, the messanger)... when the real meaning is to the whole akash that holding maya and to bow to the all creation in humility..
