Nice house, great size for us empty nesters. I love the door from closet to laundry room. Let's talk about that pantry, that has to be the nicest we've seen, especially for a house that is not multimillion dollars. I'm surprised they didn't put in a summer kitchen.

As seen , at least 950,000k ......we closed on this model and with lot got up to 785k .....the upgrades are very expensive 😮

That's how "most" new construction works as you have to pick a lot. Different lots have different prices, so they have a base price, then you pick a lot and add that to the price, and then upgrades. These all vary greatly from community to community.
