Can you share how you keep such a positive attitude? You are very blessed to have good nurses. Especially blessed to have such a supportive family and friends. Looking forward to another video soon!
Positive friendly distractions are always nice especially if one finds themselves in a bad frame of mind. Friends, music, movies are some of the things that help me and I'm so glad you found things to help occupy your mind in a good way.

Aaron, you have a wonderful perspective. I love that you are making videos. I have a brain injury as well as some other medical problems that I deal with. Ramble on. I love it. Through your trials you've gained wisdom that we all strive for. Peace to you.

Thanks for answering my question! About 6 months ago I went on a binge watching all of your videos! I was concerned that you hadn’t posted in so long. I am happy that you are doing well! Not everyone can make the best of things. Incredibly proud of you. Weird thing to say, but, I’ve worked with a lot of SCI patients and many are isolated and depressed. Keep making videos! They’re great. Definitely helps others. We like rambling! To me you are just sharing what’s on your mind-it’s all good!
Hi, I saw your quad cast with Tim Taylor, on 'This is Wheel Life'. My name is Morgan and I'm a C4 incomplete with a pinched phrenic nerve (which is at C3, so I don't really understand that). Anyway, I was injured in '83. By '86, I got back as much as I could get, and even walked. But I took a lot for granted...about my injury. I didn't remember any of it, so I just kind of dismissed it since I was walking again. There's some snapper head on youtube that says he's a former quad...no, he's incomplete...big difference and he is going to have a heck of a time dealing with things if he has another spinal cord injury...like I did. What happened was from '86 to 2019, I did walk...but in 2019, I ended up in a wheelchair after a nasty bone infection. It irritated my C4-C6 spinal area and caused a lot of inflammation. I actually was never the same physically after 2016 when I had another bone infection. Anyway, I cannot deal with things and I have meltdowns and I don't know how to stop them. I think a lot of it is I want to be independent and feel people are holding me back. Do you have any suggestions?

Aaron, you are such an inspiration! I am a huge fan of yours and glad your making blogs again! You inspire me daily! I have been in 2 car accidents rearended both times yes laugh at that please! Trust me I have my injuries are not as debilitating as yours but its apples and oranges as I say. Humor is the one thing that keeps me going! Yes I have dark days. Days when I am in pain & try not to be around anyone because of my attitude. If I don't want to be around me why would anyone else. I do yoga what I can it's pretty funny.i meditate when pain gets bad but do go to youtube and different social media sights to keep my mind off the pain. Music is also a saving grace. Your video's just inspire me to chin up and get over my dark times. If you would like to correspond chat share funny pics & beautiful ones would be honored to have you as a friend! I am a bit of a nut but hey who isn't lol please stay your authentic self you wonderful! Big hugs, tons of positive energy and be safe. I am here if you need a shoulder to lean on. but his was for a different reason , ALS instead of Spinal Cord Injury but his quadriplegia was as bad and did lose use of his fingers....
