The Shockwave from thermobaric usually just blows things away with the pressure wave. The heat typically does not last long enough to catch much on fire. Some good videos on yiutube that show tests on buildings etc.
Thats not thermobaric. Thermobaric munitions have a double explosion. The fiirst disperses fuel into the air and the second sets all the fuel off. That was a high explosive that just creates a super sonic shockwave.
