The issue now is that because so many Russians are dead, population decrease in Russia will end up hastening as well. Add onto that the brain drain, and you're going to see the GDP and productivity of Russia fall dramatically over the next decade. This is NOT measured in months or years. It's a very longterm issue for Putin, and shows that Putin understands his end is near, because he doesn't have to deal with the long term consequences of his actions.

Контрнаступление 2023 было неудачным, но там не было и близко таких потерь. Даже россия под Бахмутом и Авдосом таких потерь не имела, хотя там она побила рекорд, потеряв в мясных штурмах больше, чем в Афгане за 10 лет.
Россия стачивает свою армию и тянет время до выборов в США, надеясь, что Трамп победит и порешает. Такие шансы есть, но в то же время Европа активизируется и даёт больше оружия, уже даже готова отправлять своих солдат в Украину.
