I am 18 Years old. 6 months ago I was diagnosed with a heavy heart muscle inflammation. I spend weeks in intensive care unit and everyone told me that I have to be very happy to still live on planet earth. I spend the next 6 months fighting my way back into life. 3 weeks ago my treatment came to an end and everything went successfully without complications. I am very happy to be alive. That time I found to God and understood the greatness that comes from heaven above. Amen

Whenever I listen to this song I cry. I was so against religion and God because of how I grew up and I had been struggling my whole life with anxiety, hate and anger and a couple of years ago it got as bad as it could. And I thought I suffered in silence. However, the cries and screams inside of me that no one heard, God heard. And I saw him, and felt him and I still do in everything I do. That was, and still is, the greatest blessing of my life. I found God when I was 27, now Im 30 and I'm devoted, I pray, I try to be the best person I can towards everyone. Same!! This was one of my favorites as a kiddo. I grew up with sickle cell, and this and one other song, I would always listen to that gave me strength to keep going. Today, I am 30 years old, and this and that one other song still keep me strong every single pain episode I have! They remind me that I’m being taken care of and I will defeat sin and darkness!

I used to live my whole life in the darkness. I used to mock Jesus and all of His followers when I was still an atheist. I used to believe that I didn't need anyone in my life. I tore my Bible years ago because I hated the idea of God so much. I can't believe that this was me before - a person who never had the chance to know who God really is until I found Him. I am so happy I found Jesus now. I never turned back ever again when I found Him in that same place. His grace cured me and His love saved me from myself so truly I tell you, God can heal anyone. 😊

Many years ago when I was 16 I did not believe in God and was upset with religious peoole for reasons, but Jesus Christ got to my heart all alone. I read His Word and He transformed my life. He is the way, the truth and the life and there is no other way to get to the Father in heaven but through Him. He is love, purity, correction and freedom.
30+ years ago my Sunday School teacher at the time (who happened to be Rich Mullins) was leading worship and said "I have a new song I want to teach the church" . That was the 1st time this song was sung in public I think. It's so cool to see what it has turned into!

I spend weeks in intensive care unit and everyone told me that I have to be very happy to still live on planet earth. Whenever I listen to this song I cry. I was so against religion and God because of how I grew up and I had been struggling my whole life with anxiety, hate and anger and a couple of years ago it got as bad as it could. And I thought I suffered in silence. However, the cries and screams inside of me that no one heard, God heard. And I saw him, and felt him and I still do in everything I do. That was, and still is, the greatest blessing of my life. I found God when I was 27, now Im 30 and I'm devoted, I pray, I try to be the best person I can towards everyone. In prophecies 1day is equal to 1000 years. Which means after two thousand years Jesus will return again.
And on the third day which is the 3rd millennium, we will live in his sight. We all know we cannot see God's face and live on Earth. So it's the second coming of Jesus.

We are the witnesses of all these things. From the death of Jesus to 2030 there are 2000 years.9 years is left until the 2000 years are complete after Jesus's death. Jesus is coming soon. Let's all repent and turn from our old ways and turn to the Lord.

Same!! This was one of my favorites as a kiddo. I grew up with sickle cell, and this and one other song, I would always listen to that gave me strength to keep going. Today, I am 30 years old, and this and that one other song still keep me strong every single pain episode I have! They remind me that I’m being taken care of and I will defeat sin and darkness!

Atheists like to say that we are all born atheists until we are told otherwise.

I used to live my whole life in the darkness. I used to mock Jesus and all of His followers when I was still an atheist. I used to believe that I didn't need anyone in my life. I tore my Bible years ago because I hated the idea of God so much. I can't believe that this was me before - a person who never had the chance to know who God really is until I found Him. I am so happy I found Jesus now. I never turned back ever again when I found Him in that same place. His grace cured me and His love saved me from myself so truly I tell you, God can heal anyone. 😊

Many years ago when I was 16 I did not believe in God and was upset with religious peoole for reasons, but Jesus Christ got to my heart all alone. I read His Word and He transformed my life. He is the way, the truth and the life and there is no other way to get to the Father in heaven but through Him. He is love, purity, correction and freedom.

I'm muslim, and it gives me tears to see that such "clean" american songs exist and are getting popular among youth (like "My Provider" and "How can you not").
