I would like to know where you get your replacement gears. I have the same Frosty, and Bing Crosby. I think it would be fun to bring these toys back to life, but need to know exactly where to get the gears to fix these things.
I only know about the motor shaft ones, they can be ordered, others like the square shaft usually come from other items that were parted out, idk where to find the square shafts, sometimes the gears they use where custom done by the company and the only way is to 3d print them. I never know what every gear is specifically called besides the regular 8, 9, 10 teeth motor shaft gears
How do you actually get them to move again?? My son took a bunch apart bc he's trying to repair them like you do and cant. He's ruining them. I want to try and fix them. You're really good at what you do Btw

The motor shaft gears split and need to be replaced, you have to have replacements. I get them from ebay
