I wish the different factions had different formations, the beast men should be like a stampede or chaotic herd instead of disciplined blocks of infantry.

Well according to what lore I have seen from the Wiki (take that how you will) they are actually capable of incredible organization and underestimating them is precisely why the Empire has had such an issue dealing with their ever present threat (that and downplaying their existence or relevance just like man did with the Skaven, saw how that turned out). Of course you are right on some account, they prefer hit and run tactics to organized warfare. Hard to balance that in a Total War game though, I assume. I think they hinted at it with vanguard and so forth, to try to give them some individuality. Just my .02
I do love the idea of different formations. I could def see beastmen having a formation where they spread out and try to surround enemys.
The Lizardmen, while primitive, are wise beyond belief and one of the most powerful races in Warhammer, on par with the high elves. The Beastmen, meanwhile, only know how to attack with brute force and savagery.
I like how they are labeled as primitive but have literal lasers on dinosaurs.

I don't think the lizardmen are primitive at all, they're the oldest race on the planet and one of the most intelligent and gifted races. They literally built the web that surrounds the planet and protects it from Chaos as much (or little) as it does. I don't think primitive species are out here saving planets.
They're labeled primitive because they had that little thousand year gap or so after the war with chaos and the old ones disappeared, they were left alone and resorted to an age of primitivity, where sacrifices were made to appease god's and save their civilization from the Skavens.

I wouldn't say Lizardmen are primitive at all. They just decide to balance out their use of tech and magic. Whereas Elves rely pretty much on mostly magic and precision, Dwarfs are more technologically poised and rely on brute force.
They are primitive in the sense that they don't develop technology they don't need, because they have the numbers, magic and wisdom to compensate. What do they need a steam tank for when they can mount a magic laser on the back of a massive dinosaur?

I was worried that Oxylotl only had 4000 troops, and no big ‘gator dudes. Luckily, the Skink Oracle showed up with crocodilians, providing MUCH needed Gator aid.

Summary: Taurox the Brass Bull leads an army of 10,000 beastmen to invade the jungles of Lustria, prompting Oxyotl to lead an army of 4,000 lizardmen to stop them. In the end, the might of Oxyotl and his army were too much for Taurox and his army to handle and the Beastmen were forced to retreat back to Drakwald Forest, preferring to rather hunt humans instead of lizards.

the lizard men shoud have got some Amaxon Barbs hunting pack which I think is from grim hammer mod. those things are so so so overpowered it great and a good thing the AI don't use them. 6 of them could wipe out that entire army

Hey I got a question about twh, can you make custom fights with units without having to do campaigns and whatnot?
Yes, there is a custom battle mode which gives you full control of both armies unit rosters so that you can experiment with any army composition.

in lore many times they a coordinated against the empire. More hit and run but with hit and run is not possible in total war.

why all think graphiccard :D is unitsize and this is more about CPU.
for the normal game in 2k you can play it with a rtx 2070. In warhammer 3 fulll hd with rtx 2070
