Ty Plum, ur the first WNBA player I’ve heard sounding supportive of Clark without obvious under tones of jealousy
the women in the wnba and at high levels of college sports - are morons. the vast majority (not all). they literally are too dumb to realize that caitlin is a product. and that product is something that people want and have gravitated too. when she does well, the chances go up astronomically that they all will do well and benefit (more so financially with more opportunities). instead you have the swoops of the world and others who just do nothing but take the opportunity to hate on this girl, try to downplay her accomplishments, and she's the thing that is driving fans to watch the womens sports. it just amazes me. kudo's to Plum though for being smart enough to realize that a rising tide floats all boats.
She has absolutely nothing to be jealous about, she's better than her and has won way more than her. 😂😂😂

She controlled herself well so that her jealousy would not be too noticeable. She praised former basketball players with the intention of proving that Caitlin did not popularize women's basketball. In any case, she was incomparably more intelligent in her choice of words, unlike most of her sickly jealous colleagues.
First time watching a Pat McAfee segment. This was very, very entertaining. I can see why ESPN went with this guy. And, Kelsey is such a good sport.
I love how far Pat has reached with his show. I wait for the day he brings a cricket star on lol.

I for one cant belive they went with Pat. ESPN has made such horrible decisions the past however many years and have stuck with some of the worst analysts in sports. It astounds me they went with Pat lmao, but I suppose it's calmed down a little more since Aaron Rodgers did a no-no.

Crazy how $5 Mil could literally pay the salary of multiple WNBA teams
That’s because nobody goes to the games or watches it on tv. WNBA has lost anywhere from 10 million and worse every single year. NBA pays their bills and then has to listen to them complain about money and profit sharing. Whats 20% of negative 10 million. Women arent supporting their own league and then they blame me for sone reason.
I don’t understand women’s professional sports. Men aren’t watching women’s sports when we have the exact some sport but it’s men’s and what percentage of women watch women’s sports…~10%?

@@AllUpOns yes, nobody goes to WNBA games or covers it for a reason. Due to it being boring basketball to watch. Id rather watch 9th grade boys game. More entertaining than the WNBA by far. They have a chance to make it for real. They play half the games in 3-4 mnths compared to NBA 82 regular season and playoffs over 8-9 mnths.

Ice Cube said that the NBA, which owns the WNBA have been attempting to freeze them out. They filed a anti-trust case last year. They would love to involve both leagues in what they are doing. Cube said he told Silver the NBA should have done this 30 years ago.

I went to two women's march madness games this year. Tickets were super cheap, 41 dollars for 2 games. I only went because a friend of mine bought the tickets. I saw USC vs. Baylor and UConn vs. Duke. I wanted to like it but it was just so boring. There were times where the teams must have missed 5 to 6 shots in a row. We stayed for the whole first game and left at half time in the second game. It's just not exciting.
The hype of women's basketball this year is maybe 95% because of Caitlin Clark and her rivalry with Reese. What you watched is what women's basketball really is sadly.

Smart business move from cube to make that offer because check it out, we’re talking about the big 3. Brand recognition. Not happening though

She’s not your typical wnba player she is gonna have loads of opportunities outside of basketball to make money. 5 mil is not a number she’s never gonna see lol she will triple that or more over her career. I don’t see her selling out her dream to play in a 3 on 3 league. Especially because she wants to play against the best talent and the best talent is in the wnba, not the big 3. Just my opinion!

However the Big 3 doesn’t take place over their international season and I don’t believe the wnba will be ok with signing and investing in such a player like Clark just to allow her to play in another, one might say competitor, league and take the chance of injury. If it’s one or the other I completely believe she’s going to the wnba! We will all see soon!

@@bigmac27sauce59 Meh, adding gender quota's like x women per team would generally just lower the overall level of every team. It should just be whoever is good enough gets a spot. If some teams want to recruit women, then that should be their call, but I wouldn't want to see any sort of mandatory quota's, because then you're looking at picking teams based on metrics other than their basketball ability.
