To anyone here because of anxiety, fear, excessive stress, or depression, I want you to know you're not alone. We all go through tough times in life and it sometimes can feel as though we'll never get back to normal. But you will. No matter how cold the winter there's a springtime ahead. Believe in the power of positive thinking. You will endure and you will come out stronger than ever.
I don't know what I would do without this one lot of music. This is the only one, i find peace with .it helped me get through the loss of my dad last September. I'm always afraid that it would disappear off CZcams because it gives me so much peace . All of this kind of music usually gives me anxiety I find it overwhelming for some strange reason, but not this one this one is a great comfort and I absolutely love it please don't ever take it off CZcams it means so much to me . I have been listening to this for two years now, and it is by far my favourite seriously . I don't mind the other ones that's on CZcams they're okay, they're not bad, but this is The One for me . I absolutely love this music, it does something for my soul. It helps calm my soul . I hope It remains on here for years to come. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this . It is calm and peaceful it just makes me flow all my feelings out and I just stay there nice and still. And plus I also like calm music since I am a rage person so I need something to help me calm down and take all my anger out as I listen to this music. I love the music. I really have a big problem sleeping due to stress and lots of anxiety, i cant sleep day time or even night time so when i listen to this calming music may heart and soul are very relaxed even my kids sleep quickly t.y.
