Не годится для медитации или релаксации, разве что как испытание, медитировать вопреки этой помехе. Три часа записи, а короткий музыкальный фрагмент зациклен, постоянно повторяясь. Через несколько минут это начинает выпиливать мозг, сильно утомляя и отупляя. К тому же, когда слышен звук дождевого леса, уровень громкости мелодии оказывает сильное давление. Если понизить громкость, чтобы мелодия не давила, совсем не слышно звука дождя и пение птиц. Было бы лучше оставить звуковой эмбиент основным, а мелодию увести в фон.

I remember reading a book years ago on this particular tune, I remember it was a novel about winter in the UK. Very cozy. A lovely memory.
