Fantastic clip!
I’ve been going through a dark time with panic attacks. So I’m trying meditating. I listened to this in the shower and imagined the water washing all of the darkness away. This video helped me get into a peaceful mind set which really helped me. I just used it again for outside meditation. Love it.
