I miss Malaysian food so much, haven't been to Malaysia since 2019 due to the pandemic. I'm so glad I found your videos (actually my husband did), they remind me of all the good food and also the lovely people that are still there! Can't wait to return and eat durian, nasi lemak, curry mee and everything else I'm craving again. Thank you for your excellent videos, love your enthusiasm when you find something delicious to eat.
Georgetown is such a dreamy colonial place. I loooove the architecture there...
Penang is one of my top bucket list places I want to visit, the architecture looks amazing, and a foodie paradise.
We just returned from a 4 day trip to Penang and we absolutely love it (though we have to admit that George Town is a rather dirty town that needs maintenance and upgradings).
Our top favourites: 1) Kek lok Si temple, 2) Peranakan museum, 3) Blue Mansion, 4) friendly welcoming locals, 5) architecture of buildings that are combines colonial and straits Chinese design, 6) China House pub and 7) the many charming little temples spread all over the place - how beautiful!!!
Beautifully put together video, thank you for sharing!
Lieles says you got him hooked with the free shuttle so he doesn't have to walk hahaha
So much British influence, it actually gives me a feeling of a Caribbean Island, like the Bahamas, or even Cuba in a way. Obviously is the colonial architecture that makes it look similar.
George town looks amazing! It's definitely being added to our list when we finally travel again. Would love to see those Jetti's 😃
Puri and Sue. Great video. Just what I was looking for. Love your style. Your penang food video awesome too! Thank you. ❤

Hey Vivien! Good to see you here ♥️♥️♥️☺️ thanks for the lovely comment!
D street arts in Penang r so distinctive n very artistic. Almost all cities in Malaysia have their own identities with d street arts.
Yea, Malaysia is starting to have more and more street arts. Love it! It brightens up the city a lot

hi friend, i enjoyed watching your beautiful video I am new here hope to see you around with full package.
I am going next month, have never been there.
I am confused between Entopia by Penang Butterfly Farm Vs The Top penang. We are a family consisting of aged people and no children. I would highly appreciate if you can help me decide.
Hello... I am planning to go to Malaysia in April and I have 7 nights. So do you suggest I fly into Malaysia and just go straight to Penang? Do I connect with a bus?
I'd suggest to spend a bit of time to explore Kuala Lumpur. The bus is a great option. Alternatively, you could also take a train to Butterworth station in Penang.
@@PuriandSue thank you
Can you recommend me a good affordable hotel there near sightseeing places and near Penang International airport easily for me to fly home.Thank you!
4:26 where is it? hawker with sea view..
It's at Medan Renong nearby the Penang city hall. maps.app.goo.gl/213vEpadg7LMcr3ZA

Is the shuttle bus free for ride?
Yes, the CAT bus in Georgetown is free 😄
fake info. if you see a long queue in food, that is not a good one. youtuber copy and paste without giving a correct and latest info. We Penang fellow never go to that place. :)
Your video is too blur…not clear
I have to admit (I have been in Penang now for a week) and this place is sooooo boring 😄 no streetfood courts basicly at all. In Thailand there were like thousand times more + it was cheaper even in Koh Phangan. Also here is basicly 90% of chinese food cos I dont think that Malaysians have anything good to offer when it comes to proper food 😔 some shitty indian restaurant ofc but the question is: where is all the good mindblowing food?
Shame about the masks 🐑😷
