7years ago I bought my first metal detector from Minelab and tried it out at a state park campgrounds and in 20 minutes I found a gold ring. When I took it to the pawn shop in town I got $500. I've been hooked ever since...... Soon l'm heading to Alaska and I can't wait.........

Hello from Fiji Islands. I have the Vanquish 440, and the Pro Find Pin Pointer and while I haven't made my fortune, and don't expect to, (but hope to 🤞🙏 lol) I have found so many different items. It is so easy to use, light weight, pulls apart to travel in a suitcase, what more does a girl need 😉. I find as much with this one as a friend does with his very expensive, better not say. My nephew uses & loves his Vanquish, but I'm still using my trusty 13 year old E-trac, every time it hears talk about a new detector it finds me something good, like the Georgian & Medieval gold last year.

Vanquish should have a redesigned block design, as was done on X-TERRA PRO, Equinox 700-900, and it will be called in the new Vanquish RPO MAX, as an example I hint to marketers minelab 2023.

Mine is the "go to" for coins etc. Wasn't happy with the way they designed it , so converted mine to a straight shaft. Miles better , now wouldn't mind going to collapsible carbon fibre shafts.

Minelab you fell asleep there, where there are new firmware for the vanquish series for 1.5 years there are no new firmware, this is a terrible attitude towards consumers.

After 10 months of experience, I do not recommend this device at all, the worst device in terms of quality that can be broken from the armor easily sensitive to moisture, it can be suspended from work at any moment. I am in a group of lovers of metal detector hobby, more than ten people. We bought the device at the beginning of last summer, half of the devices stopped working permanently
