Wow the restaurant/bistro owner is so rude! How he spoke to the staff! Very disrespectful. Wouldn‘t go there for a meal for this very reason. Treat your staff with respect.
What Sally failed to understand was that the people who came for the speachwere locals. Not many locals are interested in eating in expat restaurants. Plus they are extremely rude to their staff, maybe the locals have heard about that!
