Whole eggs. Daring. I like it. Looks like you have your caloric density dialed down pretty well. Have you watched the Gear Skeptic here on YT? Nice job my friend.
My favourite thing to add to my cold soaked oats is the PB2 peanut butter powder from Woolies - they also do one with cacao - game changer!
Ooo. Must try that. Thanks for the tip.
Love that stuff. Good call!
Try adding walnuts, almond slivers, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds etc (and some honey or maple syrup)
Always good to see how other folks cook on the trail. Thanks for sharing
Made me hungry...time for a hike.
The golden curry idea is fantastic! Everything I have in my pantry. :) thank you for sharing!
Kimchi is a great idea!
I always bring some freeze dried miso soup. Not especially nutritious but warm, tasty and comforting.
I totally agree!
Thanks for sharing your ideas, I’d like to try the the veggie protein

Awesome. Thanks Jeremy. I hope my tips come in handy for him.
Really good info, try the Aldi tuna and beans packet, really good when mixed with instant mashed potato.
Thanks for the tip, John. My stock up at Aldi, then.
nice!! i love bringing a few tbsps of miso paste in a film canister, wakame seaweed & dried shiitake mushrooms with those udon noodles to make a miso noodle soup 😋 haven't thought of using the golden curry cubes before, great idea!
Ooh the miso soup is also a fantastic idea as Woolies does individual miso paste sachets!
Thanks Kate. Must try that for next time. I'll get into my miso.
