Depends how old is the tan. Sunscreen just protects from current sun tan but might not remove the existing one

Yeah this will. However when in doubt, you should always do a patch test. Actually bye bye blemishes does have a slightly tingling sensation (at least on my skin it had), but rest of the products are fine.
