I thought I'd throw in my two cents since I've been dying my eyebrows for about a year and a half. First off, my eyebrows are black with some white mixed in. I was a natural red head and found that anything that says medium brown turns to red on me, so I chose dark brown dye. I don't use vaseline, I just wipe it off any stray dye with a Qtip and it works fine. I've found that leaving the dye on for about a minute and a half works best for me. And then I do a round two with just the white ones because they resist the dye. I brush my brows backwards so they stick up and I can get to the whites without making the dark ones darker. I use a little flossing brush to apply the dye and a toothpick to mix up my little blob of dye. I also use a disposable face wipe to clean the dye off my brows when the time is up. And one more thing, I usually give my brows a good scrubbing with soap and water a few hours later or the next morning if too much dye gets onto the skin beneath my brow hairs. I love this method, I usually do it every two or three weeks. It saves so much time and looks much more natural than anything else I've tried.

Have you found that overtime? The dye gets darker? Are use the Auburn and it used to turn out beautifully but it seems like it’s getting darker. It could also be that I’ve been using that same box for a while.
@@keeganwhite203, Yes, I have noticed that the dye gets darker as it ages, but only as it comes out of the tube, not how it dyes. Maybe it's time to replace your dye?
It also looks better when our brows are plucked and shaped…. 😁
1 week update! Brows are still dyed and look good. The dye has faded on my skin where my sparseness is on my eyebrows but I haven’t used an eye brow pencil in a week, just brow gel, and I love them!
Weird but use Windex, it will take the tint off your skin and leave it in your hair! So no waiting to get it how you want it.

I'm a natural redhead with platinum eyebrows, I use just for men in medium brown, no Vaseline, q-tip to remove excess dye, leave for at least 10 min then wipe off as much as I can and jump into the shower where I scrub my eyebrows to remove the staining. This has worked for me for years at this point, and so much cheaper than paying to get them tinted
I thought I was the only one with platinum jeffree star colored eyebrows. How that happened with light brown hair idk but ty I'm goina try

Watched the video 2x and did it! I like the darker color since I have gray in my eyes, the dark makes the light color stand out.

I have been dying my eyebrows for years. When I'm at the hairdresser, she dyes them for me with the same colour she uses to colour my roots. Since I only see her once every 5-6 weeks, I dye them at home every week. Just like my hairdresser, I use professional hair colour and peroxide. Using Just for Men is brilliant! So much easier and quicker (5 minutes developing time 🤯). Please do a follow up video letting us know how long it lasted. I just might switch! 👍🏻

Great idea! I use hair color for my eyebrows when I'm coloring my roots. I think the beard die would be easier to use. Your color turned out very nice. They looked even.

Oh my God this is so classic deja vu, I've had a men's beard and mustache die kit with that same guy's head on it for about a month or two sitting there staring at me on the counter and today I watched your video and really I had to crack up. Thanks for doing the video now I just have to run out and grab a little brush and some vaseline! You're awesome have a great day. Never thought of using this product and never had to fill in my brows since I've always had super dark brows but now I'm getting a few grays here and there so this will help! Hahaha! Love your videos! 🥰

I'm in the same shoes... grey brow hairs are creeping in and now just enough that it almost looks like a gap in my brow. Hadn't thought of coloring them. May have to give this a try.

How did it go
I’ve been using JFM Beard & Mustache for 16 years. Never had a problem. I swear by it.
One box lasts for several months because you don’t use the whole thing at once. I just use the tip of the plastic brush to apply it, clean up with a qtip, then wipe off the excess when it’s ready to come off.

I've been doing this for a few years now because my brows are dark, but I have maybe 2 grey hairs in each brow. It's quick and I am still using the first box I ever bought because you only need a little dab from each tube so it lasts forever. Just did mine again yesterday.

Been doing this for about 15 years. 😂 I got started because my husbands beard would turn gray so quickly! I thought to myself hmmmm I wonder if I can dye my lashes and brows. Well I did and have not stopped. I’m extremely careful when doing my lashes . I use an old mascara wand to do my lashes and brows…

Yes agreed! I think I left them on too long. I’ll try doing it for a shorter time next time!
The trick is waiting until the product darkens slightly, so you can use an angle brush to create the shape and see where you are applying it.

Maybe a tad too dark but nothing horrible by any means. You can get blonde brow gel to soften the color if it bothers you too much. Next time…start putting the dye on the tail of the brow to avoid putting too much product on the the front 🤗😘

I have vitiligo which has started affecting my eyebrows. I also use just for men on my eyebrows. It's the only thing that lasts and I just use what I need. I get a lot of the color on my skin but use Neutrogena face soap and an old mascara brush to scrub my eyebrow area clean the next morning.

I do this with dark brown and black mixed… a dot of brown, a dot of black and 2 dots of developer! I love how it stains my skin for about 3-4 days depending on how much I wash and with what. I do t have to fill them in. No Vaseline for me, I just carefully draw it on in the shape I want with an eyeliner brush. If I make a big mistake, I use a qtip. Wipe away with a makeup wipe after about 7 minutes for a dark result. Very convenient because you can keep the dye unlike using a hair dye!

I used WAY too much. These tubes should last you a year. You only need a pea size amount!

I dye my hair black and I have naturally light eyebrows and have to use pencil everyday, chocolate brown colour and then I use an eyebrow brush and brush the pencil colour in my eyebrows to make it look natural and it is time consuming, takes me couple of minutes. I'm thinking of getting tattooed but a lighter colour, but it's pricey around $200. I was wondering if you could do a hair tutorial on safe hairstyles, hairstyles that don't cause damage like breakage to hair, if you can using hair fork or claw clips or hair stick in some as they don't cause damage to the hair, also braided safe hairstyles, it would be appreciated. Thanks. 💙💜
Make sure you look at reviews when you get your eyebrows tattooed (if you do). I’ve heard horror stories from people who have gotten them done from inexperienced people! And yes. I can I definitely do those hairstyles!!! Thanks for the idea ❤️

Just tried it and I was soooo hoping it would dye the skin a little bit since I’ve over plucked in the 90’s but it didn’t. 🤷🏻♀️ So not much change for me unfortunately.
It is perfect it looks far more natural than the thick tattoed eyebrows you see on the ‚street‘. I do it with an eyebrow color you get in the drugstore or pharmacy. It works well and doesn‘t cost so much. In Switzerland 🇨🇭 you pay 30 US$ f this, way too expensive!

@@LaineyMarieBeauty Agree coloring is more natural. Many of my friends have tatooed eyebrows it looks like a thick dark ‚bar‘ on top of their eyes. But that‘s the trend the models define. Not nice!
Looks fine. Don’t pluck like we did in the 70’s - 90’s. You lose them with age bad enough without contributing to the sparseness that comes with aging & wisdom. My brains pushed my brows & lashes out
Oh I overplucked like crazy in junior high!! Some how they grew back. I think it’s because I used brow serum for awhile!

I got lasik done at the end of February, so I stopped it prior to that. I haven't started it back up because I'm getting a corrective lasik procedure done this fall. Once my eyes are healed, I'll start it again! I miss my crazy long lashes!

im going to do this cuz my eyebrows are very blond and look see-thru.
I color one eyebrow at a time, set my timer for 5 minutes, then do the same thing on the other eyebrow.
I tried this...ugh. its too hard because it's hard to see where I put the product because it is so light colored at first

So next time I bought a lighter shade and was happier . Doesn’t last too long but is nice like u said not to always have to mess with your brows .
