Yes I may have had some of these but it was brain fog had me praying. 50 000 iu vit D3 in one dose made a dramatic difference, but I took 70 000iu with selenium, magnesium and vitamin k per week for roughly 6 weeks before I felt pretty normal again. I must have been very deficient for many years. Thanks for nothing medical establishment! It was answered prayer finding out about vitamin D mega doses. Quite literally the day after I prayed.

I take K2, specifically the MK7 form, with my D3. It keeps the calcium out of the bloodstream, and shunts it into the bone matrix where it is so needed. I also take D3 with boron, a mineral that helps improve the uptake and absorption of D3 in the body. It showed an increase in lab work.

D3, NOT D2!! Plus, Vitamin K2...because D3, alone, is not helpful. My body found that out! Best advice : Get lab work on your blood to find out all of your deficiencies, because magnesium , etc., etc. may also be needed. You may have to find a non traditional doctor to interpret the results. Foods have the needed ingredients...but Not the gmo foods. Supplementation is needed... if deficient. Learn about trace minerals!! They are just as IMPORTANT as vitamins!! I found this out after wasting a lot of money, but I did my research, learned, and made adjustments! -- ALSO, learn about "GROUNDING/EARTHING...So Powerful...and simple!!!!!!! ❤

Hi there! If you suspect you are deficient, consider incorporating a vitamin D supplement such as Dr. Janine recommendation: Vitatree Vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is a highly absorbable form of vitamin D, called D3, in the carrier molecule Medium Chain Triglycerides, or MCT's from coconuts. Check them out at us.vitatree.com/vitamin-d3-chewable. - Team Dr. Janine

I take 5000 mg of Vit D3 and 100 K2 every day. I also put Walnut oil in my oatmeal. Woke up 2day with these exact syptoms. So, I need more D? The bottle says do not consume over 100 K2 a day.

Im experiencing all of this symptoms’ for almost 2 months’ i started to take 50,000 iU vitamin D once a week’ cause my doctor told me that i have severe vitamin D difficiency, at first i thought its a kind of auto immune disorder then my ANA test got negative. I think i get this for not exposing to sunlight for almost 3 years’ by working at night.. i have also a high uric acid’ according to my doctor.

Brain fog was my primary sympton/sign my D levels were low. Dr didn't think that was an issue for me. I had to insist he check it. Sure enough, my level was below the low range, 18. This was way back in 2007. I immediately started taking D3 and saw the difference. After learning more about Vit D due to a thyroid issue & through the pandemic, I take at least 4-6K IUs per day. I am not aware of what my level is today. I need to get it checked again.

I was going to suggest checking your thyroid. Have to check mine.. Drs now aren't concerned.. but it has been an issues ..I can't tolerate thyroid Meds . Just as my brain clicked up I had to stop taking it . I couldn't tolerate the side effects...
That was years ago..before pandemic . Now I'm in the house all day he time, and depressed with a lot of pain.. My Dr at the time was practically begging me to continue.. I couldn't . Was thinking about it the other day and I think I understand the difference it could make . The Dr noticed difference in the numbers. I don't think it was too low.. at least not normally. But it's quite significant

Not that I think she’s wrong (she’s a doctor after all ), but I had none of these symptoms. Mine were extreme pale skin (Dracula style), hair falling out, extreme mood swings and irritability, exhaustion, losing my breath, forgetfulness like I’ve never had before, I did have overall muscle soreness like I ran a marathon (ok maybe one of these symptoms). I was convinced it was my thyroid. My doc said my D was so low and gave me a prescription. Never allowed that to happen again!
