✨As soon as you arrive you can see the huge Adiyogi sculpture. Spend little time there.
✨Mobile phones are allowed only near Adiyogi statue
✨Deposit all your valuables in counter ( phone / camera)
✨Enter isha foundation
✨Take a dip in Chandra kund ( Rs.20 entry fee). Changing rooms available
✨Then attend Arti in bhiravi mandir
✨Meditate in Dhyanalinga
✨Have lunch in the canteen here
✨Attend free yoga session
✨You can buy adiyogi souvenir here for Rs.250 and also Rudraksh.
✨Also if you are a reader , can buy books written by sadguru.
✨Collect your valuables (phone / camera) back.
✨Wait near Adiyogi statue for sound and light show which starts at 7pm ( for 15 minutes)
✨Take the return bus or cab to coimbatore railway station
✨Last bus from Adiyogi to coimbatore is at 9:30pm and the cab price will be 40% higher at night.
