Canto delle dee (=song of the goddesses). The text begins with "Né più bella di queste...". The goddesses are Juno, Venus and Minerva, who descend from heaven in order to live in Florence.

I think this instrument, the tenora, is a direct tie to some of these chalemie. Sure, the oboe is too, but this has, in my opinion, a closer sound to these older instruments:
