i always enjoy a video of you...but in the end you decide how many content you make...your human...not a machine😉...have a great time with the family🙂...lovely pieces ..luvvv the poppyheads
Lovely kiln opening and thanks for the shout out. Glad the gorgeous poppy heads survived. Taken me a while to respond due to moving oldest to uni. Coffee ok this time 😜 Looking forward to making more of your fanatstic projects! Thinking about combining the luminarie with slip and stenciling like your fab deer mugs xx
Oh, I love the hairspray trick! I used rubbing alcohol to clean the glaze of oils and it helped. I think the hairspray will work better. Thank you ❤ I love your videos.
Thanks for the shoutout of the kids’ hydrangeas. I really enjoyed telling the kids that the kit came from England and crossed the Atlantic Ocean. Thanks also for all the tips. I have used so many of them.
Glad to see you back Sarah! I really love your mug with the coral & oatmeal glazes. The ancient jasper on the rim turned out beautifully! And the 2 deer mugs are very lovely as well! As always, thanks sooo much for sharing. Cheers!!
So good to see you back on you tube! Love the kiln opening as I always do. Can you share how you made that handle on the coral mug? Have you done a tutorial on handles? If no I’d love to see you do that. Checking in from Northern California!!
Hiya. Thanks for watching. There is a video on my channel of how to make the spiral handles and applying handles. Just search my channel for handles and you should find it. Hope that helps 😊
What beautiful pieces! The seed heads are soo incredible! I’m so glad it wasn’t ruined when it fell. The difference in the clay you use and they clay others may use for their seed heads is very different and may break is someone is just using stoneware or even low fire clay and they leave it outside in the winter. We don’t have craft crank clay here. I wouldn’t want anyone to lose their beautiful pots. The hydrangea heads are absolutely stunning as well!! So glad you’re back. I pray you’re having a wonderful time with your family! I can NOT wait to see that beautiful chicken bowl!! My gosh that’s such an awesome idea!!
Hello Sarah. So happy you are back and you look great! Question…do you know how many layers of Smokey merlot Claire put on top of the 3x Obsidian on the jug (the one that also had seaweed on the rim)? Thank so much for all!!!❤
Hiya and thanks for watching. Pretty sure it was 3x obsidian with a thick coat of smokey Merlot (which is a thick consistency in the pot) and seaweed just on the rim with drips. Nice combination 👌 👍 😊
Love the poppy heads and really love the color combination on the mug with the Ice on the inside and the Moonscape on the outside.
Thanks so much for tuning in. Hope you've enjoyed the poppy head project. Can't wait to see the finished article. 😊
