Looking forward to see the progress on your new Smittybilt Scout. I recently purchased one myself and I am slowly making it my own. Love that is going to be a family thing. May God bless you with many great memories.

Good luck on your project. I look forward to see what you do with it. Don't just show what you have done to it, show how you did it. Have fun building your channel.

Had my Scout for over 2 years now and love it. We go from vehicle overland and camping to RV to Scout so my power and water are portable. Power is Ecoflow Delta Pro the big one. Running a Dometic CFX3 DZ95 for food and Smittybilt 45 for beer. It will last for 2 days max. Charge by solar and when no sun we use the Ecoflow alternator charger at 800watts. Ecoflow generator is on standby in generator compartment for 1800 watt charge. Water is 4 military jerrycans at 5 gal each behind Toung box and Rinskit 4 gal for spray nozzle and showers. We heat water with a floating Electric Heater in jerry can and pour into the Rinsekit. Kitchen is on drivers side and wood platform on fender for prep space. Spare tire is same as yours. Awning is OVS 270. I have a Rhino Rack,(2) OVS and (1) Smittybilt all 270 awnings with sidewalls. Get the 2nd two not Rhino Rack, junk. all lights are yellow/orange magnetic solar lights I place all around the Scout. No running wires and dealing with all that mess which is why you have so many holes in yours from all the accessories it once had and removed. puddy the holes and spray paint them. Added a telescopic flag pole on toung jack to fly old glory with solar flag light on top. At night is a street light. Harbor freight box on passenger fender for junk. Last the other slide in the back with the fridge is 6 crates to hold all my dry goods. Good luck and have fun! Subbed.

Thank you so much for the sub and the comments. We took it out for its maiden voyage two weekends ago and I'm absolutely in love. Still have some kinks to work out but all in all I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
