Can't tell for sure, but it looks like the guy on the dock reached down and grabbed a phone at from the guy with the snorkel gear at 7:01. You can see it in his hand as he waves while walking away.,

You can see the kid in the water hand him the phone. I also don't think its the lady in reds phone since they were looking for it from the side of the dock the whole time they were loading the boat. It might have been one of the kids phones or the grandmas (guessing the lady in the white/grey shirt is the grandma). That also might be why they decided the load the boat the way they did so they didn't have to turn the motor on and kick water and dirt around.

When your camera guy zoomed in on her going up to talk to the guy in the truck a couple of boys came over, one of which had a mask and snorkel. The boat blocks most of what happened but the boy came up with the phone handed it back to the guy and then climbed out. That’s why the guy walked off and the truck started backing down on the dock.
Getting a boat on a trailer in a windy day can be a challenge at times

2:31 as a landscaper this really gets me fired up if you throw trash out or let it fly out your vehicle for someone else to have to pick up then your lazy ain’t no way around it. You might do this or do that but if you can’t pick up your own trash keep up with it and put it in one of millions of trash cans there are across this country then your lazy ain’t no way around it do better this country is covered in trash I mean covered just walk down a road side or that grassy field that looks so nice next to a wallmart go walk threw it you realize it’s covered in trash. Book smart is shit made up by man. Knowing how to take down a tree with an axe 🪓 and knowing how make it land where you want it is real world smarts. Some of the dumbest ppl I know on this earth are the smartest on paper let that sink in awhile. Jet drives aren’t as easy to trailer as people who have never owned one think they are, especially a Yamaha and without guide poles on the trailer. Somehow the commentator knows everything about every kind of boat, without ever driving or operating them.
YOU KNOW she lost her thousand dollar phone because checking Instagram and Tik Tok is very important, even when disembarking from a boat.
