    Well done, beautiful Nancy!
But, just so people know, this is not clarified palm oil. Clarified palm oil will retain its flowy consistency, and flow freely from a bottle or a can, even if kept on the shelf for a couple of months. To clarify palm oil, all the water added in the extraction of the pulp must be eliminated by putting pulp/water mixture back on the fire in a pot. Tedius process, but after clarifying, the oil remains flowy and the color is also more red.
If the plam oil is not clarified, it clumps up when it cools down, and requires a spoon to get it out of the bottle.
Unclarified palm oil is best for banga soup.
Clarified palm oil is best for ęgusi soup.

Palm nuts are rich in antioxidants and are probably the fruit with the highest concentration of Vitamin A. Extremely beneficial for the eyes and the whole human body.

Maybe now you could Crack the seeds and put them in a coffee grinder to make some kind of candy or bake something with it - like add honey, oatmeal, etc. of your own choice. It sounds like the seeds taste like coconut - being a palm seed.
