"I WOULD LIKE A SMALL CHEESEBURGER WITH SOME DRESSING...
AND I WANT A SOFT DRINK!"
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Brilliant!
Genius
i actually dont think i understand one fucking word in this song besides obviously "worship your demons," yet this is easily in my top 10 favorite songs
めっちゃおもろいw
It baffles me when a legendary band gets shitted on for making an album out of their comfort zone. I personally like this album a lot. Yeah it is not "None so Vile" but it was not supposed to be. This album is very different and that's good. I agree there are times when bands try to experiment, and it sounds like shit (erm.. Morbid Angel). That does not mean the band needs to be hated. I feel that the hate bands get when a not so successful album comes out is a reason why they take so long in putting out other albums. It kills the moral of the band members.
I mean, that 'shift' was towards a trendy genre at the top of its popularity at the time, so I can understand why fans were upset/skeptical.
Yo I feel you. I love None So Vile and I also love this album, I think they're both exemplary and can be used as a Master Class in writing and execution. 🤘
boring generic copycat metalcore that's neither distinctly cryptopsy nor its own unique thing. why does it exist, then?
i don't know why people are calling this shit , this is sick
It's because it's deathcore, I mean I'm not really a fan of the band but I respect them and since through their career they were a technical death metal band and then they do this and I would understand why fans would hate this. I don't hate deathcore at all but this is selling out for the band and I'm glad they don't play this style anymore because they don't fit in deathcore and they should stick with what they are best at than this.
***** every song after this exept 1 is deathcore. this song is just tech death with one breakdown wich has been in cryptopsy since their formation. its a very different album but I enjoyed considering im a deathcore fan. but this album is much different then None so Vile or any of the others.
josh rooney
listen to their earlier shit
that's why
i have listened to their old albums , , but when vocalists change the music changes , im a musician and we go by a saying ,, if you don't like a bands direction you shouldn't listen to music full stop , because at some point you would have to change because of demand or musical routes , its not always a good thing but these people make music as a way of life .
josh rooney but cryptopsy only changed with this album and then went to normal again. it wasn't the singer either the band as a whole decided to experiment.
Still don't know why people hated this album
Heropon Riki I know right???! This album’s my absolute favorite one!
They went toward deathcore on this album
@@xnevertrytocorner293 and that's something to make it necessarily bad?
@@heroponriki666 no, absoluetly not...i listen to both but i'm more a deathcore guy actually and i love when i found a fast technical death metal with a slow paced breakdown
@@heroponriki666 but u know as usual death metal fans usually listen to the worst deathcore band they could ever find and start to hating the deathcore as whole so..
...Still better than any other Deathcore band
***** This is not a pure deathcore album but it has a lot of deathcore influences. We can call it Technical Deathcore...but it's still really different from their old albums.
***** The band members have actually said this album had a lot of metalcore and deathcore influences, that's what they were going for. It was supposed to be more "experimental" than their previous work.
Wayyyy better
No way, Whitechapel beats this
@@fiddlermuncher8701 haha hell no
this really isn't that bad, ya its a different direction than their previous music but it really isn't all that band, this song is pretty damn heavy and cool.
This Song is My First Metal Encounter.. Very First Metal Song Of My Life..
2020 It is Now.. Still A Brutal MetalHead...
It Changed My Life... 🤘🤘🤘🤘🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻🙏🙏 🇮🇳
I get being disappointed a classic band came back with an album not in line with their old style but I have no idea why people call this a bad album
Probably because deathcore was just trending at the time. Also a lot of the fans at the time had pretty poserish behavior from what I remember. I could tell they were just fans because it the new big thing at the time.
True.
@@FullmetalAnime1000 only if you were stuck on the internet you cared about that shit, the mixed bill nature of the era was awesome, and is the norm now
This still has many of Cryptopsy's original qualities. Yes, it is a different and a bit watered down, but I will worship this band for the rest of my life. Thats just how legendary their older albums are.
Dude, this really isn't that bad. I actually like it
The riffs are nasty
:D isnt that bad? Dude r u new here?
Fuck off poser
Kinda new to this band did hear of them many years ago, but had enough bands to get into. Their album And Then You'll Beg is DM though it may feel lite on the ears now (came out in 1998) but addictive to my ears. Just read about this album The Unspoken King had received bad reviews for their slight change of sound into Metal core/DeathCore....even got dropped by Century Media so I read ....this albums sounds good. The drums are a little too pronounced and could've been a little more dirty the production. I'm no DC fan, and not even 100% this albums sounds like DC. It's a good album. And Then You'll Beg is credited with having kept Extreme Metal alive or resurgence back in 1998.
@@KORNBG Maybe he just has his own taste and genuinely enjoys this, and enjoys their early stuff as well.
Am I the only one that actually likes this album?
Yes.
Poser.
@@stephensmith5967 ok
yes
Now that Cryptopsy have been releasing awesome material again, it's easy to look back on this album and say it's pretty good, just different. But picture this: right at the height of deathcore's popularity, a genre disliked by many fans of death metal fans, Cryptopsy reform and release this. One of the classics of the genre was trying to appeal to the current trend, and that was pretty upsetting. I liked the album back then and I still do now, but I totally understand the backlash it received.
Dude I was wondering what was up with all the breakdowns...but this song is dope asf
Should just have done an album like this instead of singin like emo bros
this was my introduction to the band, wrote them off for years before actually giving the discography a listen, now im a big fan of these guys. even alot of this stuff is pretty good now that i go back to listen to it.
Somebody said there arent any words, it's just grunting and growling. This is actually much easier to understand what he's saying than the songs from None So Vile.
But now I'm learning that they switched singers? What???
Different vocalists, Matt is by far their best when it comes to enunciation.
@@Davis-kz8rq i honestly think that Matt fit their “core” era great. But compared to what they’ve had in the past Matt isn’t really the best fit for the band
@@Davis-kz8rq lord worm fucking slays Matt any day of the week lmao.
@@banana2649 I said when it comes to enunciation. Lord Worm is a better vocalist for Cryptopsy, but Matt is the best at Enunciation specifically.
Honestly this isn't bad, coming from a perspective of someone who never really listened to their old DM stuff.
that's because it's the only good song as on the album. after this opening song it nose dives, hard.
bloozism OK, holy fuck I just listened to None So Vile. That shit is ridiculous.Never got into it back in the 90's. I made a huge error.
I can see why it is in multiple "best DM albums of all time" lists.
I seem to be the only one that prefers Blasphemy Made Flesh to None So Vile. Not by much, its pretty close.
Jocko Jonson their old stuff is awesome as well
I think this album is pretty good, but yeah it's a LOT different from their others.
This is not deathcore.
This is TDM with breakdowns.
+Filip Firulovic nah, this is deathcore.
+Draden Merenox why do you think this?
Filip Firulovic the rifts show a distinction present in deathcore, while it's heavy enough, distorted enough, has enough hate, and has enough brutality.
+Filip Firulovic nope it is deathcore for sure
Filip Firulovic well yes it isn't the stereotypical deathcore, but in structure it is deathcore.
You too my slavic brother
I once went to Tower Records and purchased a Cryptopsy record and then went to the bar nextdoor to have a drink. This guy asked me what was in the bag, so i put it in my Discman and played it for him. He asked me "Dude, why did you buy this?" Shortly after he went nextdoor to Tower and brought me back a cd he purchased for me. A live Genesis album. "This is real music" He told me. Thanks for hooking me up with the free Genesis record buddy.
Something similar happened to me before. My senior year in high school I got into death metal and I would play some death metal song and have conversations about it and most of time I got the same response. " this sounds like shit", "its just a dude screaming and playing random notes", "only weirdos and creeps listen to", "its just noise", "anyone can play that its". "You should listen to good music" (then proceeds to recommend lil pump) .
0:30 Mike DiSalvo whispers. I guess it was taken from "Emaciate" which's from Whisper Supremacy
Cant believe i found this song after all these years. I was 16 when this released and it was the first "deathcore" type song i had ever heard and ive been hooked on this heavy shit ever since. Brings me back thats for sure.
kick ass song!, its the same cryptopsy ive been listening for years
cryptopsy will never be the same
I freakin love the intensity behind this!
I love theses guys!
This was my introductory song for this band, I cant get enough to this day
same, I absolutely love this song. I remembered listening to Sirius XM Metal and this song played. I wrote this song on a piece of paper and looked it up after. After that, I listened to every song. good ol' times.
Dude, I fucking love this so much.
I legit don’t even care if this was Cryptopsy’s lowest point in their career.
Literally, even if this is considered “deathcore” it’s one of the finest made deathcore songs ever produced. It can honestly rank at the top in the genre with Despised Icon, All Shall Perish & The Red Chord.
If you want something fucking hilarious, play this 2x speed. xDDDD
+Daniel Cannata sddenly its Japanese deathcore LMFAOXDDDDD
SACADISIMA ESTA BANDA!!!! Es unico ese baterista!!! Hace poco me lo mostro un amigo, sin palabras me dejo Flo Mounier, saludos desde Argentina!
His voice sounds like Alissa from Arch enemy and the agonist
yess because Matt is a girl too 😂😂😂😂😂
+Valo Hermano agree
I literally thought the same thing haha. It isn't an insult really. Alissa has a brutal voice with her harsh vocals.
Damn i noticed that too..like it's crazy how similar they are
Well I can't unhear that now
I'm very impressed they did an awesome job recreating a sound for cryptopsy
Blasphemy made Flesh is my second favorite death metal album and None so Vile is probably the greatest display of what death metal should be. It's sad to see that they made such a turn IMO.
BEAST!! \M/
Albums that like show that people don’t understand “selling out”
I don't worship devil, don't know about you guys but Jesus is my best friend. By accepting Jesus I can get never ending pleasure
I dont understand why this got so many dislikes. Even if its not the same as the old stuff, this is one killer track!
This album gets unfair hate. It's fucking mad as hell
woooowow nice job
If this is deathcore then it's the best deathcore ever made
Why did I hate this when I was an elitist teenager? The breakdowns are even good lol
It's been nice seeing folks coming around to this album. I find it to be a breath of fresh air after what I consider to be their worst album, once was not.
Holy shit this is so sick! CRYPTOPSY \m/ I'm so getting this one
there never were anyone better
The scream at the beginning, so fucking amazing.
This is Cryptopsy? =\
still prove how fucking good Flo Mounier is
For a little while, Cryptopsy went deathcore.
why a lot of people still hating here...
listen the new songs, they are really awesome
I like the part at 2:07 when the song ends
Hilarious
i like the part where there were drums dominating everything.
amazing insane stuff
I like the way the guitars are completely nonexistent
I don’t get why this is so hated. Lol
I feel as if people are just hating this song because its different. Personally, I love deathcore. I'm not afraid to say that (when done right) it is better than any metal genre in my opinion. This for instance, is done amazingly.
I honestly don't see the point in hating this song. It shows that they aren't elitist douche bags. It shows that they aren't afraid to experiment. It shows their versatility.
I think most of those who oppose this song/era in their career just do it because they are afraid to be ridiculed by elitist asshats who think deathcore is the worst thing ever made. Which I won't lie; a lot of it is generic garbage. With that said, there are TONS of bands who break free from the stereotype, such as 2007 Cryptopsy.
For those who are saying "ZOMFG NONE SO VILE MASTER RACE" or something to that degree. Bands have the freedom to change to their desire. Like it or not, this happened. And the approval definitely outweighs the hate. I'll be honest, about half of these comments are ignorant as fuck.
But, what am I saying...
CZcams comments are cancer.
I think it's the fact that they made this album as a sort of sell out thing, instead of experimenting like you said
Triple How so? Do you have any proof? I mean no disrespect by asking that.
I like it!
I fooking love this track!
I'm suing Cryptopsy for being so heavy.
I'm suing Cryptopsy because this album is scheiße
3,382 dislike, somebody tell my why.
This doesn't sound at all like their old stuff and their fans wanted a None So Vile 2
Because a lot of narrow minded people are butthurt and bitching about cryptopsy switching to deathcore for this one album apparently lol
Lmao.
i wasnt a fan of the rest of the album
This video needs more love. And likes. Cryptopsy is love, Cryptopsy is life
SO GOOD!
still not heavier than Dying Fetus
check out selftitle album and fuck the fetus!!!!
dying fetus beats the shit out of this crappy era of cryptopsy
none shall vile is better than any dying fetus, that said, most dying fetus albums are better than most crytopsy albums. especially dying fetus' newer stuff. leagues beyond
Nah, I think the old stuff is better..this sounds a bit deathcore.
I like both new and old Cryptopsy. Old is just 100x more badass
exactly! Thanks you!
The mix is so bad. I can only hear drums and vocals.
This might have been close to listenable if it hadn't been for the stupid mix making the guitar quiet as fuck. This almost just sounds like someone screaming over drums.
Probably because Flo is a walking ego so he has to be the second loudest thing in the song.
Wyrmnacht flo is the most relaxed person you will ever meet.... he takes time to talk, make a picture, he builds up /down his drumkit etc etc.... so dont talk shit.
Well when I met him he was arrogant and standoffish and I was nothing but polite so I suppose my opinion of the man is marred.
means you don't understand Quebec Canadian Death Metal!! Cryptopsy is fucking sick! Even better live!!
James Baird No, the mixing is pretty fucking awful. It's even worse than the Obituary's.
the new line up sounds 10x better whys everyone dislike it
Fukken sick. Love it.
This is not even cryptopsy
+RuneFun12 DOES IT NOT SAY CRYPTOPSY IN THE TITLE TO YOU?
This doesn't even sound deathcore..
hahahaha brilliant
Chris Thinners What do you mean? I sense sarcasm.
+Tyler Valentine (slayer-man777) no not at all :) just made me laugh when i when i was reading it. lol and it makes me laugh that people think its deathcore, not saying that you think its deathcore tho.
Chris Thinners Exactly! This was recommended under the deathcore category, AND I was like *pfffffffft*
+Tyler Valentine (slayer-man777) hahaha youtube sucks for that i had tyler swift in my recommendations the other day :( so heavy
Every single Cryptopsy album, whatever sub genre, is fucking amazing!
man everyone hating on Cryptopsy nowadays...ugh I have this album and It kicked ass! why can't people just enjoy some spine shattering METAL.
this song kicks ass!
All these people arguing about what style of metal it is. How about whether its good or bad metal? Personally thats the only characteristic that matters to me.
Praise jesus!
not being a big cryptopsy fan, I actually like this, but hearing the music they used to make, I understand why people hate this so much
i'm soo fucking glad to had the chance to see them ive in 2006 while lord worm was still there cause i'll never see them live again !!!
fucking awesome album
Love seeing cryptopsy.. They need to come to houston again so i can see them a 6th time
i don't get it, why's people hate this band?. I just found out this band
this is cryptopsys best album yet
i like it
God they're just so good it makes me tingle...
this death core SHIIIIIIIIIIIIT ..old cryptopsy is the best!
Saw these guys in Halifax a few days ago and they were fucking amazing. They played a new song and Matt's vocals sound great now. Really excited for the new album.
Lord Worm, come back, please!!!
seems like most people can't appreciate well produced death metal
I don't understand why this is disliked a lot... it is a really a good song.
This is REAL metal!!! 😈😈😈
But if Lord Worm comes back and the band has a new album with him
Cryptopsy will have more fans then ever :)
Good song
i like cryptopsy old and new, too !
That scream at the beginning... O.O YES. \m/
best record ever!!!!
That's what I don't understand....even if people don't like it it's still somewhat pleasant to listen to...
Definitely not Cryptopsy should be, but best Deathcore song I've ever heard.
+Sulfer Kokegitsune Check out rings of saturn, you'll like them.
I never liked this kind of music... but there is something so f'n heavy with this song....nicely done
Why do so many people hate this?
The vocals?
I mean, the music is still pretty awesome, and Flo is still tearing those drums apart.
Are you all just a bunch of worm fanboys?
YES
buenisima la banda
I have always defended this album from the "purist" dorks who hated it. It was difference and very much is an influence for my current band.
What’s your band?
Cryptopsy & kesha..
Match made in heaven
TUK made me go home and cry to mama.
i have no argument on the old Cryptopsy, cuz i havne't heard it, but i still like this a lot ;O
Brutal sound! \m/\m/
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 MONSTER DRUMER!!!
