It is still going strong. Basic install wise I would have changed nothing, other than maybe installed it a little lower. It seems it would be more efficient at waist high. Also probably go with a larger unit. On a close to 100 degree day in the blazing sun it will maintain around 75 degrees, which is nothing to complain about, but a larger unit than what will get you by would probably be better.
Oh yeah, I love it. It's just a mancave, but if I was single I could definitely set it up for a full time living quarters. Skies the limit. Unfortunately they've doubled in price since the last year.
Thanks for sharing, nice job. 👍🏾
Hey. Thanks!
If I heard correctly you said "Cut once , cuss twice" .
You got it. 🤣
Looks good man. Gonna have to do this soon myself so I was looking to see how others went about it.
Thanks! Still going strong, no issues.
Sweet awesome, looks good. Question: It's been 3 years since install so what do you know now that you would of done differently?

Goodshit I thinking about this type of setup myself in missouri somewhere 🤔

Shouldn't you have put the power outlet in BEFORE you put the plywood on the studs?
That's probably what a professional would have done, I'm amateur.
Does it cool down the container good?
Yes, it's only half the container, which is mildly insulated. For hot, muggy Mississippi days it does excellent.
Awesome thank you.
