    Chi Miigwech for your teachings !!!! I will read the book you mentioned. The mandaamin is so beautiful...a sister. I am slowly learning some Anishnaabe words from James V. America needs your knowledge whether they know it or not....

    The Algonquin-Ojibwa, and Annishinaabewin language kinda sounds like Japanese. Quite accurate that they have the same ancestry, both the Yayoi ancestors of Japan, and the Paleo-Amerindians who cross through the bering sea, 10,000 years ago, are the same stocks. Words like Geezhigo(Algonquin for sky), and other, sounds much like Japanese language.
