Sooo...by Ja’s logic...Billy McFarlane wasn’t defrauding investors, he was ONLY “false advertising” the actual profitability of Fyre, thus instilling a “false” sense of confidence in said potential investors. Ahhh...I understand now. Completely different than fraud. No harm done...🤷🏽‍♂️
