While this certainly works well enough it's a bit faster to just use metaballs then use the sculpt brushes and mirror modifier imo. You could also use curves and remesh it and mirror it.

dont use + key beside the backspace.
use + key in the right part of the keyboard, (use + key numpad.)

@@reaperone7325 Theres a virtual kb with numpad buttons on the blender options
@@reaperone7325 There is an option in Blender in Input calle "Emulate Numpad". With that enabled you can hol down ctrl or alt (dont remember correctly) to emulate the Numpad

Isn't it the best way to duplicate the highpoly object and then remesh one of them and fake the details with multires and shrinkwrap modifier of the highpoly to the lowpoly object??
I don't understand, why this much mesh needs, 39,451 faces
Because the donut shape at the bottom had a sub-surface level 3 before we started, so you can go with a less poly shape.
also he showed you a technique , you can use this as a base to start making a nice retopo or anything else , you dont need to follow exactly what he did , just get the idea and the technique and apply it to whatever you wanna make

Thank you soo much, but when I press Ctrl num +, one of my shapes disappear, do you know why.
Probebly the surface between objects is too small, try scaling it up one one of them and see if the issue with this one cause it happened with me and needed to work it around.
When i press Ctrl and + it just zooms in, if you could help me with if i'm pressing the wrong keys or something, it would be very helpful.
The plus from the numpad cause you're probebly using the one over the letters.

Hey you go to edit-preferences-input- emulate numpad and dont forget to do ctrl + on object mode it worked for me! @@Fa1ry

ok, so I have a problem following it. After enabling the addon I press Ctrl + on 3 objects, but the one in the middle becomes empty. I tried different combinations in the modifier tab, and at least 1 object wil be always empty. Ho you do it lol
The connection between the object might be small in area so it deletes one of the objects, I once tried it with a strings looking shape and it did the same thing deleted the object when I used Boolean union then once I increased the joined mesh the deleted area went small so you kinda need to work it out since Boolean in blender is far from perfection.

2:15 when i crank "repeat" up to 200 my finger (im trying to join the parts of it together) shrinks into a smooth stick 1/8 the size of the original 😅🙏 is that supposed to happen? im gonna stay with 12 times then, that seems to work
actually, im going even lower than 12, 5-6 seems to be good or it shrinks waaay to much - any tips why this is happening?

Yes but you end-up with a high poly count ... you cannot animate this properly
There is a solution to merge intersections and keep low poly ?
You can join the objects and retopo it. That ends up with the best topology. If you want something faster there really isn't anything that maintains good topo.
The fastest i can see is following a similar sloppy set up than quad remeshing it to as low as it goes. You probably wont get quad remesher to get anything nice below 6k.
