The more I listen to the 10th quartet, the more I realise it's one of the best in the cycle. Beautifully played here too, thanks for the video!

Writing a comment so there is more than one commenter. Love this performance. Wonderful teamwork, passion, ecstasy, agony and peace.

If only I could escape and live somewhere where purity of the soul is virtue.

Hey Pawel. I don't know what you were going through but I really hope you are doing better now.

A beautiful work performed wonderfully. This is my favourite of the quartets; the adagio, following on from all the energy of the second movement, is among my very favourite musical moments of all. A great poem to the human project, a message of hope.

Ten, twenty more years among the sinful people, they will win in this world, and the world will end, and I will live - truly live then.

Death and then life - like waking up in the morning after you fell asleep in pain.

Martyrdom is going to be a blessing, I now see why that is a good thing. I will accept it when it comes. I can't wait to abandon this hell in a heroic way.

Where's the way out of this world. I can't live in it anymore... and suicide is wrong, too. What shall I do before I get to the good world? And how much longer?...

It's doable, it's only for now. Just a bit more...

I need help, I can't accept that perversion is now treated as a normal thing. I don't want to live in such a world.

Sorry I hate the sinners, I don't have to, living among people is only a temporary situation, I won't have to spend an eternity among them. Only a bit more time.

      Pawel, what is wrong?

I'm glad you asked, you're a compassionate person. I was going through a deep crisis to do with what's going on with the world, how it's turning away from what's right and good.

    • @pawelwysocki1581
      @pawelwysocki1581 Před 4 lety +2

In fact it pretty much was the climax of that crisis, but then I was lifted out of that crisis - step by step, little by little. Into safety.
What amazes me is people who maybe don't believe in God so much who race to help other people. They don't really hope to be rewarded and just do it out of sheer compassion for another person. Incredible.

However, it makes little sense to try to do good "on your own", in separation from our Father in Heaven.
That may sound dogmatic, but is simply a logical consequence of His being Love itself.
Would you try to face an army stronger than your own? We are at a disadvantage against the darkness and evil of this world. But we don't have to face it alone.

Yeah, but still I dont understand what is wrong? You re not responsible for the world and if you really believe in God the world could not take away joy fron your life. So, what is bothering you?

I want normality, civilization, humanity. Normal life among decent people. Not this ...
