    Bolivar ruled as a dictator and as a traitor to his false ideal of liberator. Three times fled leaving soldiers, officers and civilians a like to the mercy of the royalist. He was a brutal murderer and despot. Betraying the Great Francisco Miranda to only save his skin. Despicable person all of his life. A liar, cheater and a coward.
